I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution to be unsatisfactory to me, but what can I do.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [email protected]'s truly sad that the Revdex.com continues to give this company an A rating with all of the complaints and negative remarks about the operating practices of this company.  I have never done business with a company that flat out lies and cheats customers out of the services that were paid for and promised.  I truly hope that karma visits each and every person involved with Estes Express, as they so deserve it.

This complaint is in regards to Estes claim #[redacted].  After review of the file I have found that this shipment delivered clear with no exceptions on 10/26/15. On  11/2/15, 7 days after delivery, damage was reported to Estes.  We have previously offered $479.62 as a concealed...

damage compromise settlement offer.  This offer didn't include any portion of the freight charges because [redacted] was not the paying party to Estes Express Lines for the freight charges.  They used a 3rd party broker to coordinate the shipping for this freight. I find no evidence of carrier mishandling but our offer of $479.62 stands to settle this matter amicably.  Thank you,Heather W[redacted]Claims Supervisor

Their answer is not an answer. they need to deal with each claim individually, not make such a blanket statement, please have them reference each and every claim number individually and provide a legal explanation as to why they have denied each and every claim. Thank you [redacted]

[redacted]I have attached the delivery receipt showing 3 cases were noted damaged.  Below is our letter requesting an amendment to the 3 cases along with their claim form.Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you!

I will have the seller contact you ASAP about this response.  There is no reason to ship the motors back to NJ (possible damaged further by your company) have them repaired and then shipped back to NC.  They are currently at a marine service department where they can be corrected.  This saves time, money and makes sense.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Delivery was not made in good order. Terminal manager threaten to hold shipment hostage. Terminal had POOR communication. Shipment was delivered late and curbside instead of bringing inside like it should have been done. Business failed to deliver shipment correctly or address any of the problems that were brought to the attention of the terminal manager. Terrible customer service.

as shown in the atached document the paperwork was filed out after we signed for it, still a falsification of a document that is illegal and makes the signature invalid
