The customer is lying.

We never said we would not give the customer accessThat's a lieWe told her that the chargeback had not fully reversedThis is what happens with chargebacksIf she has an issue with how chargebacks work, she can file a Revdex.com complaint against her bank and her bank's processor.

Gumroad says that I finally getting paidUnfortunately, as of
this morning I don't see the money on my account, nor any pending transactionsEven worse, the balance on Gumroad now shows $0, instead of the amount I'm owed
Gumroad says they have disabled sales for all of my productsOn my end it shows that effectively my content is UNavailable to be purchased
Gumroad says I'm not cooperating and not being honestI have exchanged over emails with Gumroad and ***, and I'm attached screenshots proving that everything I'm saying is accurate and true.

I have thoroughly explained the situation to this userHe does not want to cooperate with us on the matter and is not being honest about how we are dealing with the situation

The Revdex.com is a massive grift.

That money never reached our accounts.She can confirm this with her bankIf the money hit our accounts we would send a confirmation to her bank's processor.

submitted any money into the bank account that I put on their websiteThey said that ** Bank was keeping them from making a deposit into my business accountI went to the bank and the bank verified for the 2nd time that they do not have anything what so ever on the account that is keeping Gumroad from making a deposit into my accountGumroad is suppose to deposit money into my account every Friday, the bank verified that they have not deposit any money into my account in weeksI have a letter from the bank stating that everything I said is correctGumroad is stealing my money from me right in front of my faceI am going to take legal actions against themI appreciate your help and I will be in touch with you.? However the reason they've mentioned (email server error) looks like a cheap excuse

There were issues between our payment processor and [redacted] accountWe told her to remain patient as we dealt with them and she immediately threatened us with legal action.?

We've been working on *** case from the moment he emailed us about itHe is merely being impatient with how slow the payment process is taking.? We are in no way being deceitful or slow on thisPaying out to customers is complicated and we are doing our best to move the payment forward.?

We had an error in our email server and I'm trying to work through emails right now.?

I have attached the letter that the credit card issued for me so that Gumroad can see that it is not my bank that is withholding their payment.My initial complaint stands - Gumroad denied me access after I withdrew the dispute and after the credit card company reversed the charge back.?

The customer is lying.
