1. Gumroad says that I finally getting paid. Unfortunately, as of...

this morning I don't see the money on my account, nor any pending transactions. Even worse, the balance on Gumroad now shows $0, instead of the amount I'm owed.
2. Gumroad says they have disabled sales for all of my products. On my end it shows that effectively my content is UNavailable to be purchased.
3. Gumroad says I'm not cooperating and not being honest. I have exchanged over 40 emails with Gumroad and [redacted], and I'm attached screenshots proving that everything I'm saying is accurate and true.

We never said we would not give the customer access. That's a lie. We told her that the chargeback had not fully reversed. This is what happens with chargebacks. If she has an issue with how chargebacks work, she can file a Revdex.com complaint against her bank and her bank's processor.

submitted any money into the bank account that I put on their website. They said that ** Bank was keeping them from making a deposit into my business account. I went to the bank and the bank verified for the 2nd time that they do not have anything what so ever on the account that is keeping Gumroad from making a deposit into my account. Gumroad is suppose to deposit money into my account every Friday, the bank verified that they have not deposit any money into my account in 3 weeks. I have a letter from the bank stating that everything I said is correct. Gumroad is stealing my money from me right in front of my face. I am going to take legal actions against them. We've answered literally every email you've written to us. We've told you what you need to do, and you don't reply to us.

That money never reached our accounts.She can confirm this with her bank. If the money hit our accounts we would send a confirmation to her bank's processor.

We had an error in our email server and I'm trying to work through 1300 emails right now.

I am rejecting this response because: I withdrew the dispute on [redacted] and have made payment. According to my credit card company, YOUR merchant back must claim the money. The chargeback was reversed, which I have explained multiple times in e-mails since you don't offer phone support. Please note that the charge is NOT made to Gumroad on the statement. The charge was to Bootcampworkouts - so you are aware. I am awaiting a letter from my credit card company explaining this to you again so that you understand. And calling customers liars is very unprofessional.

We have already dealt with the customer in question and they are being paid as I type this.

We've been working on [redacted] case from the moment he emailed us about it. He is merely being impatient with how slow the payment process is taking. We are in no way being deceitful or slow on this. Paying out to customers is complicated and we are doing our best to move the payment forward.

I have attached the letter that the credit card issued for me so that Gumroad can see that it is not my bank that is withholding their payment.My initial complaint stands - Gumroad denied me access after I withdrew the dispute and after the credit card company reversed the charge back.
