At this time, I have been contacted directly by Guzu, Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Guzu contacted me by email on November [redacted] saying my payment of $is on it's way After weeks of not receiving my check, they sent another email saying they were sorry for the delay, but that due to several fraud attempts on their accounts...their money is being delayed They said they were working on getting me and other people who experienced bounced checks their money I still haven't received my money or any further emails In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I sent an IPhone 5c and 4s, both unlocked phones, to Guzu the first of JanuaryOn Guzu notified me, via email, that they had received the phones and the 5c had been accepted On I received an email letting me know that the 4s iPhone had also been accepted As of today, , I have not received the promised payment of $for the phones I sent an email on asking about the hold up of payment and was told by Amanda that the check would be in the mail shortly

I have checked with management and accounting and the refund for this order will be put through by the end of the weekWe have been in touch with the buyer and there were some complications with the deal which arose which is why we are submitting a refundPlease let us know if there is anything else that is required

Twice I have received an Offer for used apple products only to have them cut it in half and wait for me to accept it....they need to be outlawed
