I initially thought Guzu would be a reputable company and trust worthy. Boy was I wrong! I sent in two used iPhone 6 along with one iPhone 6+. They gave me a fair quote and instructed me that I would be receiving payment via ***. After over a month of emailing Lindsey Y***, I was informed I would receive payment in 2-3 days. 6 weeks later I have no phones and ZERO response from the company as to why they never paid me. Given my chain of emails and correspondence I am tempted to reach out to law enforcement. I will be seeking legal counsel and taking the necessary steps to recoup my loss. Given the D- company rating and multiple negative reviews on [redacted] I am less then optimistic.
