H&M just completed a master bath do over. Ed & Jason were the technicians and did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, polite. This is the third major job we had H&M do for us in 6 years and we have been happy with all their work. We highly recommend this company and these technicians. Job well done.

This man claims hes a christian and the truth is hes a wof in sheep's clothing nothing could be further from the Gods honest truth I worked for this man for 15 plus years I've seen how he drips off customers breaks the law requiring 50% down on a job which is against the home improvement attorney law he installs items that are junk and does not service what he sells so if you buy a new FURNACE or air conditioner and it breaks under warranty ur screwed as hm is not a LICENSED dealer or installer they do shoddy work and there guys are drug addicts smoke DOPE in the truck to n from and sometimes on the job do ur self a FAVOR and call a REPUTABLE company This is not one!

8-8-response to complaint [redacted] , [redacted] Customer called & had a ban fitting brake on her old lines we fixed & sold her a replumb, were we replace all the H&C Water lines in home with pex & a sharkbite type fittingWe got a call a fitting was dripping by washer we went down & replaced it but the water pressure was really intense, Apx days later we got a call they had or more leaking, in bath room ectI sent a man down to fix all the leaks Sat 6" of aug, he fixed all the leaks & He cut up some vinyl floor in bath & kitchen & found floor to be damagedWe ordered today new vinyl customer picked out & will go back & repair damage with new % plywood & new vinyl& check for any more leaks & if the hose bib is leaking or broke we just hooked up to it, But we will also replace it,We Replumb homes last year & never had more than leaks in jobs they were due to bad fittingsI saw crews working in street This home is on city water & line to home is straight in & has now a lot of pressure, I called [redacted] At [redacted] water [redacted] She said she will check with their construction crew that is working there since aug1st, to see what's going on,I am not going to refuse to fix or help this person but somehow this must Get fixed a flu restrictor or the bureau restricting it in streetThis is ongoing work & investigation.Sincerely, Howard W

11-30-15The Revdex.com [redacted] As stated in the previous response the problem with [redacted] 's window is that her trailer skin siding has gaps that are a 1/to 3/inch in widthThis gap is allowing cold air from the outside into the trailer by the window which in turn is forming condensation to form on the bottom payne of the windowThis is a common problem with trailers that have aluminum trailer skin sidingI have tried to explain this to [redacted] on several occasions and have made to service callsThe windows are properly sealedThe only way to fix this problem permanently is to replace the problematic aluminum siding with new vinyl sidingalso have pictures to prove the statements made aboveOver the years the aluminum siding has expanded and contracted forming gaps at the seams which allows cool air in from the outside forming condensation on the inside of the windowAs I stated in the previous response windows leak from the top down not the bottom up, I don't know who told [redacted] that the problematic siding would not cause this because if he knew what happens when you mix Cool and Warm air he would know that the problematic siding is the issue not the windows.Thank youMatthew C.Operations Manager

I just called H&M for the first time today. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and gave me the impression that I was bothering him. His tone was very clipped, he did not allow me to ask questions. He told me the cost and basically told me I could take it or leave it. He told me if I wanted to know what they do I could take a drive and look at another home they had serviced in my area. This person seemed angry and put out by my call. I decided very quickly I was not willing to give this company $7000 to be rude to me.

I got this complaint in e mail & ask her what her name was & were she livedAs email says [redacted] She said I am not giving you that you should have it in your recordsI told her to contact the Revdex.com & File a report, Then I knew I would get her name & address, & what she is trying to say & what she thinks we should.Now I looked up the job, She was terrible to work for, & We installed a sliding glass door as part of a lot of other work, at the same timeShe claimed the door was to have bars in it, & it came with cleer glassShe ordered it with cleer glass, She complained & refuse to pay us for the job, unless we gave her a 50% discount on the door, because it did not have bars in in, Lost $849,00, told her will reorder door with bars She said no way, we will keep the door & You will take of $849.00.Now all most years later she wants more money, now she wants me to buy her a new water heater, NO WAYShe excepted the door as is A new home has a year warentee, as does our contracts, Fact we did not add any different size wire, the connectors were the new Approved type, Also think her husband is an electrician, Any Way We are done with tis thief, I have all the emails to prove all of above, We are not in any way liable for anything else on this job, also full payment Was never received, She made us take less Money or none at allThe Wires for a hot water heater in a mobile home go from the braker box to the water heater inside the home or under the floor not along an out side wallNothing else is on that crecit, 10;nmb with ground is used.I am an electrician, Registered.Howard W

I called customer at & neft a message that if she called me back I could install her windows monday she called me back in 3pm & said You can come monday I said I could not do it till tuesday She said You will do it Monday & she is fed up.She said she is mad at the manufacture &the distributier & that she is not responsible to mesure her windowslike the distributer said & she dont have to give the size of the windows to the distributer & she cant find her work order & it my job to do all this & I will be there Monday or elseI told her the distributer just delivered the windows to me after weeks of waiting & I wanted to get than in asap , knew I would' be able to leave a message on her mechiune but now I have another jobNow she canplains I was disrespectfull Well keep dealing with emoction & treating people with disrespect & see what u can get done, Tammy called her today & left her a message , to call her, Im out of itI dont need the $labor to replace themlet her get someone else to boss around Sincerely Howard W with an old typewriter10-1-

What a joke and a lie. You are a mean scammer and should be ashamed for treating people the way you do...yelling at them and hanging up on them, as you have done to so many reviewers besides myself. How many complaints do you have with the BBB? And no reviews are allowed to be posted about you on Angie's List? Wonder why. I only wish I had the BBB site first. You can't even write intelligible responses to reviews. And only ONE STAR in your internet reviews. 45 years in business?

I bought "weed wacker skirting" with so-called "hidden vents." Upon close inspection, there appeared to be some "hidden vents" in some panels but they were almost shut, were scarce, and in many places they were placed feet apart, in one section, at least 10 feet apart. This is not enough venting for a mobile home, according to the current HUD requirement:

"Ventilation of the crawl area: current U.S. HUD/FHA standards require one square foot of ventilation opening (screened foundation vents or skirting vents) per 150 square feet of the home's crawl space floor." See https://inspectapedia.com/Manufactured_Homes/Mobile_Home_Crawl_Spaces.php

Now I have to spend more money and buy square vents to install in each wall or my home will be damaged from no ventilation. If Howard wants to pay that bill, to fulfill his customer satisfaction claim, hey Howard, have at it.

I called Howard the owner and his son Ben. Ben told me there should be punched- in vent holes in the panels, done by the manufacturer--the few holes I saw are practically closed. Howard yelled "there is nothing wrong with the skirting" and "I am not going to get aggravated about this issue." Then he hung up on me. So much for his customer satisfaction claim in his circular. This all could have been resolved by one of his workers coming out to inspect the skirting. Or he could have provided me with the name of the manufacturer so that I can contact them about the problem, but he hung up on me and won't resolve it.
There is obviously a manufacturer's defect. H&M Mobile Home Remodelers had absolutely no interest in working with me to resolve my dissatisfaction and his mistreatment over the phone is cruel. Oh well, Karma's a b_ _ _ _.

Back on 7-7-I filed complaint with you concerning a brand new central air unit in which we haveHad problems from day one this is not resolved after coming out again on 7-9-still can't figure out what's wrong added more freont same thing he's been doing almost every weeks since the hot weather has started this time it lasted til7-24-once again called them and the owner Howard referred us to there one and only have guy Chris in which he replied with he's been out and can't find anything wrong so he's not coming out again we were told to contact the supplier *** talked to a guy Craig R*** and he told us we have to pay someone to come out and check it out and if it's something covered under warranty they will cover it so called Howard back and of course he hung up on me we paid for this system which hasn't worked since day one now we have to pay someone else to find out what's wrong this is just not right next is the attorney generals office then more money out of pocket an attorneyReplacement
