I am rejecting this response because:Back on 7-7-I filed complaint with you concerning a brand new central air unit in which we haveHad problems from day one this is not resolved after coming out again on 7-9-still can't figure out what's wrong added more freont same thing he's been doing almost every weeks since the hot weather has started this time it lasted til7-24-once again called them and the owner Howard referred us to there one and only have guy Chris in which he replied with he's been out and can't find anything wrong so he's not coming out again we were told to contact the supplier *** talked to a guy Craig R*** and he told us we have to pay someone to come out and check it out and if it's something covered under warranty they will cover it so called Howard back and of course he hung up on me we paid for this system which hasn't worked since day one now we have to pay someone else to find out what's wrong this is just not right next is the attorney generals office then more money out of pocket an attorneyReplacementIf unit can't be fixed replacement

As stated in the previous response the problem with *** ***'s window is that her trailer skin siding has gaps that are a 1/to 3/inch in widthThis gap is allowing cold air from the outside into the trailer by the window which in turn is forming condensation to form on the bottom payne of the windowThis is a common problem with trailers that have aluminum trailer skin sidingI have tried to explain this to *** *** on several occasions and have made to service callsThe windows are properly sealedThe only way to fix this problem permanently is to replace the problematic aluminum siding with new vinyl sidingalso have pictures to prove the statements made aboveOver the years the aluminum siding has expanded and contracted forming gaps at the seams which allows cool air in from the outside forming condensation on the inside of the windowAs I stated in the previous response windows leak from the top down not the bottom up, I don't know who told *** *** that the problematic siding would not cause this because if he knew what happens when you mix Cool and Warm air he would know that the problematic siding is the issue not the windowsThank you

This job was wrote 3-11-14, we came to job there was a tarp on the roof, a tree limb was threw the roofI wrote up a patch job that included replaceing some shingles & sheet wood as well as some facia, gutter & face board to properly repair the damage, our minumim repair is apx sqor
less.The job took over a month to get final payment, atthat time weather was good I went to the job to collectThe home has a high deck & stood on a bence & looked eye level on the job to see whatthey had done, the customer saw it & was up on the roof befor I got there, the job looked good customer was satisfied there has been no leaks, & no promices to return to the job for any reason, except under warentee if there was a problem with the johb as for leaksThen in June mid month I geta call saying the job is not done, that they want more shingles & wood replaced, for free because I wrote to cover the unseen damage at the time our minumim charge for spot repairs, That they had went up on roof & measured & thought they should get more work done that was not needed.I sent a copy of the contract to her & tried to explain, the following, job was done, See highlited aeras of contract, At first I tried to appease her & said I was real busy but would come back & rip off good shingles & replace more for no reasonBut it would be about monthsThat would be august then she called & said I had till monjday to do the job & if I did not she would destroy my year old business on the internetI offered her thye factsthat legelly I di not owe her anything, & then I offered her $Just as a good faith jestureThat it would be a few weeks till I could get back,But she good tough with me, & I said u know what I am doing nothing & tolod her to sue me.I am legally right & if she did not agree she could sue me & pay my attorney feesAs per contract.The job was done & they were happy till moths later when she decied she should get more for her money & that she paid to much ect....Now I will never do a shingle roof patch job againAnd I will not do anything for this woman againI often wonder were is the husband in all this, She must be the head of the house, she is the who signed the contractShe is the who signed checks, when I wrote the job for $& for $when job was doneBut now She wants me to come back & do the job again, that don't need done & that is after the final paymentwas paidReadthe contractI consider this matter closedWe do million dollars A year in mobile home remodeling & ins claims ectBeen doing it for yearsThis is a shame that I have to be bothered with some stupid case of someone trying to complain, about a job they examined & paid for not a week later but allmose months ago.,So my action is I will never do a patch job on a shingle roof again.SincerelyHoward Wfor H & M

MY SON is 32 years old I am not responsible for him & have nothing to do with his side jobs, or him in anyway as this person said I fired him & he acted alone in this side deal. I have received no money form this & H&M is not involved with this deal &...

We reskirt homes not just do patch jobs as this person said. Daniel was not acting as a sales man for H&M We are not responsible for what an x employee did on the sid I dont even know how to reach him, I do not want anyting to do with him. I sure am not going to pay another Co to fix skirting on a home we did not contract to do.And did not receive any money from. Also strong winds & record ground heave has caused a lot of skirting damage in the 14 counties we do business in & we have no complaints on any skirting work we did. & We do 4 million dollars in work in 2014 44 years in business. Thats why We dont do patch Work. Please close this Complaint agaist us & do not hold or record it against my Co.

Went to Customers home & Sold them a combo door, A week later they said they wanted me to measure their back door. I said I did when I was there, on that sat they called yelling why are you not hereto measure our back door. I told them know the size & when they want to buy I will come out....

12 days after the sale of the front door the man Calls me & starts screaming at me I want my fen door. I told him it takes 4 to 6 week to come in. He kept yelling at me so I told him I will send him all his money back & don't ever call me again. 2 hours later the wife calls me & then I made a big mistake as she talked me into going a head & doing the door & not to return his money. it so happened, the door came in that following Tuesday & we went right out & installed it. The man was ok with it. 2 days later the wife called & complained about the calk on were the storm door edde meets the home.Then we went out & there was nothing wrong with the caulk, but we tore it off & re did it. Then 4 days later they called & complained the storm door won't lock. We went back & replaced all the storm door hardware. Then 3 days later they called & complained the J channel at the bottom of the door was broke, (IT was broke from the old door were they had to kick it to get it closed, So we replaced it, even though it was not part of the job.Now the next, day the wife called & said when are, you going to finish the door.said What's Wrong now, then she said it's not her job to tell me what's Wrong. tried to figure out what it could be she said something about a strip on the side is not made right, I said that's a weather strip & there nothing wrong with it, she yelled & said my husband's lawyer said it's your job to fix the door. said I can write a warranty claim & get the factory to come out, she said no.I told her the neighbors came over after we left the last time & both of the 2 homes said these people are never going to be happy they want the door & all their money back, They had [redacted] out 3 times on carpet & the [redacted] man out twice, I  asked for a written list of complaints so we can address them all at once & then get them to sign off so we can stop this game, She said, no it's not my job to tell you what is wrong.See text messages. I am not going back there is nothing wrong with the door, They just want to complain, it's What they do, they set it up so 1 person is home & they ok it, then when the other 1 comes home they wait a day or 2 & the other 1 calls & Complains. I know you know this but I must say we do 4 million dollars a year in mobile home remodeling & have been in business 44 years, every Tuesday we get a truck load of doors & it seem like we are the only ones who sell doors.sell about 5 a day. air We did for $6300. When we were done Daughter said I have your check but you cant have it unless you sign a paper saying you will come back & turn on the furnace after the gas co, hooks up gas, so We had no choise but to sign it. They called & said we had to be there Sat am to as they say fire the furnace. So I Howard sent Matt the 1 who signed it & put it in , up at time & 2 on sat am to turn on furnace he was there about 8 am, He beat & beat on the door & the storm door was locked, They would not get out of bed, he left. At 11am she gets up & calls & said no one was there. I had a 3 way on phone with me matt & her & he described how her car was Parked what wa on the deck ect, She said well you did not knock hard enough, Then she started scr4eeming at me calling me amother fer. & said she will never call us again. So case closed. Call Blevins 1[redacted]0. They r the distributer They will get some one to service these people & tell u. You do not need to be an hwac to turnt stat up to 90 & start the furnace.This home is owed by a woman in Georgia she rents it to her daughter & her shack up boyfriend they like to sleep till noon I guess they Work. I am rejecting this response because:  First off, I agree with Mr. W[redacted], that he is not responsible for his son.  I also agree that his company does good work.  Several homes in our neighborhood have had good work done by the company.  However, Mr. W[redacted] sent his son to give us an estimate on having all of our skirting replaced.  We did not ask his son to do a partial job.  He volunteered saying he does it on weekends and evenings and that we would deal with him and not his father.  We trusted him, the son, to do the job.   Why then, when his father fired him, did he send his men to do the job, which they did pitifully?  Why did his father leave a message on our phone telling us his son is a druggie, that he fired him and was sending his men to do the job and that we should make the balance of $800 out to H & M?  Why did he send his son back to our house to repair the pitiful work his men did?  Why did his son stand on my porch asking for the check to be made out to H&M,  after he repaired some of the mess the other men made.   Why did I  make out a check to H&M dated October 2, 2014 for $800 and have a copy of the cancelled check cleared from [redacted] Hub #01 tracking #[redacted] with an endorsement that sure looks like HM to me?  I feel if Mr. W[redacted] would have allowed his son to do the job he promised he would do and put a brace behind the skirting on the back of the house, we would not be having this conversation now.

I offered $200 to pay electrician bill, I never got a bill all I got was some notarized letter, with no Pa# No business name & no business address, Fact Job is 2 years ago Fact I am not buying them a water heater. I am rejecting this response because:This has been an ongoing problem since day one when Jeff and (I think the guy's name was Jay) got here, Jeff was the only one doing any work. His helper sat in the truck and would not get out to help because he was having some issues and was on his phone. I finally told Jeff that I took a vacation day to be here and I want this done TODAY 3-15-16. Jeff called his boss and told him that the helper was not doing anything and that the job would not be completed today. Howard asked to speak to me and I told him that if this guy was just going to sit here then he needs to leave and send someone to help get this work done. He informed me that he was afraid that this guy would take his truck and steal it. I told him that was not my problem and again I want this job done! I was told that they could not come back until Saturday 3-19-16. Jeff called Howard and told him that Saturday did not work for me, I had to go out of town Friday and I would not be back until the following Tuesday. So after several phones calls my son was able to get an day off work for Wednesday 3-16-16. Matt, Jeff and Steve showed up on 3-16-16 and that's when it was discovered that the hot water heater was bad and also needed replaced. They left and approx.  15 to 30 minutes after they left my son walked into the kitchen to find water all over the floor and heard rushing water. He opened the cabinet and saw the water coming out of the connector. He called Matt to come back and fix it. Matt came back and tightened the fitting and it seemed to correct the issue. The next day 3-17-16 I got up and walked into my bathroom and found a puddle of water by my bathtub.  We called Matt again and he came. looked at it, and tightened the fitting. Tuesday when I got home my kitchen floor had a puddle again. We called Matt he came back and tried to tighten the fitting and this time it didn't stop leaking. He said the problem was the pex was cut too short and that is why it keeps leaking. Approx. 2 weeks later the fitting on my bath tub was leaking again. I turned the water off and called Matt again. Matt came a day or 2 later tightened the fitting and again it seemed to work. I also complained about the hot water heater pilot light going out every time we got a windy day and never heard anything back for Matt or H & M.On 7-11-16 I called Matt to let him know that my bathroom floor was caving in. I was on vacation and when I came home I went into the bathroom and when I went to sit on the toilet I almost fell off the toilet and my foot felt like it was going to go through the floor. I told him that there has to be a leak somewhere around the toilet and that I have never had an issue with the floor sagging or the toilet leaking. On 7-16-16 Harold called me and left a message to call him. I had a family emergency out of town and spent several days at the hospital and my phone was dead. I called Harold back on 7-20-16 he said he would be there at 4:30 that day to look at it. I called my son to let him know to go right home after work to meet Harold. Well Harold never showed up and never called to say he wasn't showing up. My son called Matt that night at approx. 8:00 pm and was told by Matt the Harold would be there the next day around or after 5:00Pm.  The next day we waited until 8:00pm and again no show, no call by Harold.  We tried calling Matt and Harold neither would answer their phones. I tried calling Matt again on 7-22-16 at 8:42am, 8:43am and 8:44am.  No answer. So I sent an email and I called the H & M toll free number and I got Howard. I told him my name and my issues. He told me he had another call coming in and would call me back. Howard called back and put me on a 3 way call with Matt. myself and Howard. Eventually they got into an argument and Matt then resorted to vulgar language with Howard and hung the phone up, at that point I felt uncomfortable. Howard assured me that he and his crew would be there Monday 7-25-16 to fix all the issues. I received a reply to my email telling me that the water heater was electronic and did not have a pilot light. I sent a reply asking if this was a joke. It most certainly has a pilot light. What have I been lighting every time it goes out?On Monday 7-25-16 Randy and Jason showed up. I told them about the issues and they both looked at the water heater and agreed that it was a gas water heater and it does have a pilot light that needs lit when it goes out.  They went into my bathroom and said yes there is a leak somewhere. My washer is located on the other side of the bathroom so they pulled out the washer and found the leak. They tightened the fitting and the leak stopped. At that point they went back into the bathroom cut a slit in the flooring and took some measurements. Came back into the laundry area and took measurements there and said the floor will need to be replaced in the bathroom and the laundry area. Randy said he would pass on the info and that was the last that I heard from anyone until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com.7-28-16 my son turned on the outside spigot and discovered that now that leaks and sprays water out the top of it. On 8-02-16 I walked into my bathroom to find the bath tub leaking again. We called Howard and I turned the water off and put a dish under it to catch any water. On 8-6-16 Harold, Steve and Josh came they took measurements had me pick out new flooring and said they had to come back because it would require a whole day to complete the work. Harold fixed the leaky fitting with a new fitting and so far so good. Josh said that 8-13-16 would not work for him. So I told them either the 20th or the 27th and to let me know which day. Howard called me on 8-12-16 to let me know that they would be here on 8-20-16. I was told by Howard that they are replacing the plywood, vinyl flooring, the outside spigot but nothing about the hot water heater being installed incorrectly.As far as there being construction on our street, they are putting in sewer and drainage lines nothing is being done with the water lines. I have never had any issues with water pressure except when they flush the water hydrants the pressure drops while they do that. In Howard's reply he stated that they replaced something behind the washer. NOT TRUE. They tightened the fitting. He also stated the water pressure was intense. ALSO NOT TRUE. Howard states that HE saw crews working in the street. NOT TRUE. Howard has never been to my home. I have lived here for almost 30 years and never had issues with water pressure being too high.  Regards,

Business Can Sell A product Like an air conditioner or fridge ect. As long as it is installed correctly. They are not required, to inforce a warentee by the manufacture.H&M Has been out & Replaced the coil & were out apx 4 times by us & we had a subcontractor Go out, WE WERE Never paid by customer or miller, The unit is out of warentee except, the coil. IT is a fact that H&M Properly installed the unit, over a year a go. Each time something else go wrong with it. Some one should make miller take care of the problem. They made the unit we did not. IF I was the customer I would have a air co repair it asap. & pay them, & submit, form to miller warentee dept. I would not sit in a hot house .SincerelyHoward W

He admitted on a text that he would fix the windows if I gave him more work
It does not matter about the siding
If the windows are sealed properly
The old windows that were replace did not have moisture on them

I called customer at 630 & neft a message that if she called me back I could install her windows monday. 
she called me back in 3pm & said You can come monday
I said i could not do it till tuesday
She said You will do it Monday & she is fed...

up.She said she is mad at the manufacture &the distributier & that she is not responsible  to mesure her windowslike the distributer said & she dont have to give the size of the windows to the distributer & she cant find her work order & it my job to do all this & i will be there Monday or else. I told her the distributer just delivered the windows to me after weeks of waiting & I wanted to get than in asap , 9 1 knew i would' be able to leave a message on her mechiune but now i have another jobNow she canplains I was disrespectfull
Well keep dealing with emoction & treating people with disrespect . & see what u can get done, Tammy called her today & left her a message , to call her, Im out of it. I dont need the $600 labor to replace themlet her get someone else to boss around

8-8-16 response to complaint [redacted], [redacted] Customer called & had a ban fitting brake on her old lines we fixed & sold her a replumb, were we replace all the H&C Water lines in home with pex & a sharkbite type fitting. We got a call a fitting was dripping by washer we went down...

& replaced it but the water pressure was really intense, Apx 5 days later we got a call they had 3 or 4 more leaking, in bath room ect. I sent a man down to fix all the leaks Sat 6" of aug, he fixed all the leaks & He cut up some vinyl floor in bath & kitchen & found floor to be damaged. We ordered today new vinyl customer picked out & will go back & repair damage with new % plywood & new vinyl. & check for any more leaks & if the hose bib is leaking or broke we just hooked up to it, But we will also replace it,We Replumb 215 homes last year & never had more than 2 leaks in 215 jobs they were due to bad fittings. I saw crews working in street This home is on city water & line to home is straight in & has now a lot of pressure, I called [redacted] At [redacted] water [redacted]. She said she will check with their construction crew that is working there since aug1st, to see what's going on,I am not going to refuse to fix or help this person but somehow this must Get fixed a flu restrictor or the bureau restricting it in street. This is ongoing work & investigation.Sincerely, Howard W
