amicable resolutionUnfortunately, thus far we have not been able to come to a satisfactory resolution with *** ***Because we recently spoke with him, we are not reaching out to *** *** at this timeHowever, we do remain willing to work with *** ***; if he wishes to reach out to our customer service line, our Resolutions Department will work with *** *** toward resolving this matter.Contrary to *** ***’s allegations, PALMco does not rip off its customers or engage in any illegal behavior*** *** signed our Supply Agreement which on the front page stated “There is no limit on how much the price of your natural gas supply service may change from one billing cycle to the next,” and “There is no limit on how much the price of your electric generation supply service may change from one billing cycle to the next,” as well as “Savings are not guaranteed under this agreement.” *** ***’s authorization of our Supply Agreement confirms he understood the terms of his enrollment with PALMco at the time he signed up*** *** agreed to PALMco’s terms of service and was charged accordinglyNonetheless, PALMco acknowledges that *** *** has concerns with his account during the time he received PALMco’s service, and hope that we will be able to resolve the matter at handPALMco apologizes for any hardship *** *** may have experienced; we value all of our customers and do our best to provide quality service. *** ***’s enrollment was successfully rescinded; her account will not receive Palmco’s service, and there is no early termination fee associated with the cancellation. We appreciate *** *** speaking with us to better understand her concerns, and apologize for any inconvenience she experienced following her interaction with one of Palmco’s third party sales representatives. The conduct *** *** alleges in her complaint is unacceptable and completely against Palmco’s policies and training procedures.
