I am horribly dissatisfied with their customer service. Not only did they NOT correct an ongoing problem, they didn't even respond to ANY attempts to contact them by phone, email or regular mail. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company!

Also according to what he is stating we were supposed to USE it with the resting pad on it and that is impossible to do you cannot use it with the resting pad on it that is for only when you are not using it and it is still hot not when you are using it. He stated as an example placing an iron on a shirt and it scorching it but it the iron is not setting on the shirt or you are using it properly you will not scorch the shirt. The same is true on the steam mop of which we followed the instructions of using it and did not leave it setting on the laminate while it was hot we always used the resting pad when it was hot to set it on we were told about this when we purchased it and di ecactly as we were told. HAAN even told us that it was made to use on laminate also even so that cannot be an excuse either because this is what we were told about it. I would like to know what date David M[redacted] was talking about on the date it was turned into the insurance company since they’ve had the complaint since 2013 and never told me they had heard from their insurance company until recently when the person at [redacted] ext [redacted] who is no longer with them told me he would turn it in and he also told me he had all of Stephanie’s emails also all but the pictures which HE could not find but I did and sent them to him. He is trying to lay the blame on me when it is HAAN that lost the pictures I sent to Stephanie and she DID tell me she received them and would forward them to their insurance company but for some reason the insurance company never got anything until recently and then no pictures were sent! So Who is at fault here for not reporting this to HAAN’s insurance company until 2015 instead of 2013???? I would like for David M[redacted] to reply to this as well as the date he claims it was turned into the insurance company.Thank you and God Bless you[redacted]

 I am extremely happy with Keith S[redacted] who is aware and working hard to restore HAAN's integrity and customer service which was lacking. He was apologetic and quickly replaced my steam mop. I can once again recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a steam mop this product is fantastic !Regards

-Complainant cannot provide proof of purchase.-This claim was forwarded to our insurance company at the time of the original complaint, that company denied the claim based upon the lack of proof of purchase.  Also the use of the product was not consistent with the instruction manual, as there...

was a “resting pad” included with the unit that would prevent the item form damaging any floors.-In this instance it is no different from someone using an iron and walking away from it while in use and having a shirt ruined because the item burned a hole in the shirt.  With  this unit the only way the floor would have been damaged is if the resting pad was not used and the unit was left directly on the floor and unattended for a period of time (similar to an iron). David M[redacted]

Customer received new tank after the replacement was sent to NJ and not NH. Customer has been offered a replacement unit for her damaged unit.
