If a company tells a consumer they have up too 25 days until shipping chances are the customer won't order. If you tell a consumer that the hair you sell is half bundles not whole consumers aren't going to purchase from your company. You company is very misleading and as a person with any integrity you should be able to see that. It is a disgrace how you take people's hard earned money and just flat out mislead them. Its not honest and it's unfair. You will never prosper because the way you run your business is by scamming your customers. The information that has been provided is FALSE!! in the screenshots it shows that I specifically asked for Peruvian body wave, the customer service agent never specified in any email that "curly" was the only option!! I copied and pasted the exact day 7/**/(weeks ago) this advertisement and I quote" *** *** *** ***

As a consumer I feel like there is no more evidence needed. Revdex.com states all evidence and complaints need to be FACTUAL!! And clearly from what they replied their statement is not a lie!!

Thankyou not at all. When a customer contact us to order we go by what sale we have public. The sale of our buy 4 get 2 free is for curly. The customer received the specific sale. The customer has the right to check the invoice and say she would like a different type of hair. This case in the customers own words. The customer did not " PAY ATTENTION" to the invoice. After we specifically asked by email for her to Please check then click pay, as we stated the customer did not return with anything for us to fix after we asked her to check everything first before paying. The customer payed which is confirmation she has read both policy and her invoice successfully and has found no errors.

This customer was received the resources to view shipping time. She is wasting Revdex.com and Our time with this invalid complaint. We have a plethora of emails showing this customer who seems to lack in reading vivid policies posted. The shipping time as we stated is in our Shipping section.

 Upon ordering hair on May ** I informed them I did not have a order number. 14 days later after contacting the Revdex.com I have received a id #. What is this id number for now? No one at the company answers the phones, responds to my text messages or emails. It does not take a company 14 days to respond via email with a order number. Did you see how quick Hair Playground responded to the Revdex.com email? Exactly, it was in less that 1 hour. Therefore, customers deserve the same respect. As a consumer I deserve better than this. I do not cheat people, I served my country and paid their price. 
 I am disheartened that I spent $183 with a company to only be called a liar. What am I lying about? For starters I have never spoke to a [redacted] at Hair Playground. As previously stated I have had correspondence with an unidentified woman by the name of "[redacted]." Lets be clear I have never said I did not sign the terms and conditions I have stated to have signed them under false pretenses. After realizing that the terms and conditions appeared fraudulent I contacted Hair Playground and a Lawyer. I contacted Hair Playground asking them if this was a scam and they began to say there lawyers would be in touch. Can we not ask questions in America anymore? I asked for their lawyers number and never got it. "[redacted]" then said " you will be in court before you get your hair, we have done it before." There are contracts to order hair now?
For starters Hair Playground sent a card authorization form at 1:29pm however, by 12:24 pm Hair Playground had already charged may card. I asked them if the card had been charged and they said it had not. Despite having charged the card. I can furnish the bank statements and email times to show that the authorization came after the card was originally charged.
Secondly, the contract was only submitted after it was never upfront. I made no fuss originally because I assumed that Hair Playground would simply deliver the hair in a timely matter. 14 days later (2 weeks) and no response from anyone at Hair Playground until I filed a grievance with the Revdex.com. Hair Playground has unethical business techniques and hence their clause for suing you if you report to the Revdex.com. 
Most companies would settle out of court because it is time consuming and ineffective, especially if the matter could be salvaged. I have reached out to hair playground and they have indicated if you do not get a response from their text number that means they have been blocked. You cannot reach this company to salvage any matter in regards to your order as they are a "text only company." Originally all I wanted was my hair back but not I want a absolute refund as I had to order new hair for the occasion it was intended for. 
Thirdly, I was charged $183. "[redacted]" stated that she could do $160. I am not aware of NYC taxes as I just recently moved here from GA. Hence why I asked. If they would have told me I would have known. It is a simply question. If you calculate $160 at 8.85% I was still over charged $9. The only thing I could think of this $9 was for the tracking order I never got. I have read online that ordering hair from this company will result in having to reorder hair as it will always come late, or not as expected. As per the last complaint with the Revdex.com on 5/**/14. Not even 13 days later I have similar products with response times and product. I never placed a order through Hair Playgrounds website; all orders were placed via text message. If you go to their Instagram it is the same 3 girls the company uses as its hair models. I cannot find reviews on this company that are current.
