Review: I ordered virgin hair on Feb ** from hair playground and I paid for the hair and additional for a tracking number total I paid 187$ for everything. I have yet to receive my hair I've tried to get in contact with the company I haven't gotten any feedback from them and I just want a solution to come out of thisDesired Settlement: I want my money back .

Review: I went to purchase hair through Hairplayground on July [redacted],2015. A customer service "agent" emailed me through their gmail account and asked what hair I wanted to order specifically. I told them peruvian body wave in lengths 16,16,18,18,18,18. I was sent an invoice through a payment system called FLINT. it had the correct lengths I wanted and purchased and payed $220. When I received the hair yesterday 8**/2015 it was NOT what I ordered. When I tried to contact the customer service through phone and email I did not receive a call back or an email back until I told them I was going to file legal action against them. they were very rude and did not try to solve the problem. They talked about their policy and conditions and everything else but did not refund my money or try and send me the correct hair I specified when I was contacted by their customer the day I ordered my hair from them.Desired Settlement: I would like the hair I ordered and my money I payed for my original order of $220 refunded immediately.

Hello the customer Receipt is attached. No where on the paid receipt states body wave. The customer was told via email by us to please check her order invoice then click pay. Attach is the email where the customer was asked to do so. The customer then checked the invoice and proceeded to pay. The invoice was completed. There was no concern of any error at that time after we asked the customer to clearly check her invoice before paying. The customer order was correct. On the receipt is our refund policy that the customer also approved after paying. We asked please check before paying. Once she paid the customer is agreeing that her order is correct and that he/she agrees with our return policy. Final Sale. No returns. or Exchanges. The receipt is attached and we only go by receipts as the customer is told. If the customer can find the qords "body wave" on the receipt then thats a different story. Other than that we asked the customer to please check her invoice before paying to make sure everything is correct. The customer came back with no complaints the time of purchased and paid the invoice. The xustomer received the right order by her approval.

The customer service never corrected their problem. They asked specifically what inches and texture I wanted before an invoice was sent and if they weren't going to follow what I requested what was the point in asking me and I shouldn't have to correct or go back and look over anything because customer service contacted me back and forth several times. They needed to PAY ATTENTION!

Thankyou not at all. When a customer contact us to order we go by what sale we have public. The sale of our buy 4 get 2 free is for curly. The customer received the specific sale. The customer has the right to check the invoice and say she would like a different type of hair. This case in the customers own words. The customer did not " PAY ATTENTION" to the invoice. After we specifically asked by email for her to Please check then click pay, as we stated the customer did not return with anything for us to fix after we asked her to check everything first before paying. The customer payed which is confirmation she has read both policy and her invoice successfully and has found no errors.

The information that has been provided is FALSE!! in the screenshots it shows that I specifically asked for Peruvian body wave, the customer service agent never specified in any email that "curly" was the only option!! I copied and pasted the exact day 7/**/2015 (6 weeks ago) this advertisement and I quote" [redacted] Service Number ###-###-#### [redacted])) [redacted] ( [redacted]))". This is the advertisement they posted on instagram. Therefore they lied about what they really are supplying and it is not the customers fault for getting sent the wrong hair. As a consumer I feel like there is no more evidence needed. Revdex.com states all evidence and complaints need to be FACTUAL!! And clearly from what they replied their statement is not a lie!!

Review: I placed an order and was informed that delivery would be 4-5 business days if there were no delays. I was also told that it could take longer if there were delays. I have been in constant contact with the company about my order since they did not give me any indication of if there was a delay or not. On each instance that I have e-mailed the company I have not received information about my order status. Instead they continue tell me that this "line" is not for order updates or they tell me that shipping is 4-5 or 20-25 business days.

The time for both shipping windows have passed and I have not received a tracking number, which I paid for, or a confirmation that my order was shipped. I really need definite answers regarding my order or a refund since I have not received my product.Desired Settlement: refund of $289

Attached is the email conversation that I had with the company. Upon ordering I was notified about the 4-5 days for shipping if there were no delays. They did not mention the 25 days or more. They only mentioned 4-5 days if no delays but did not add any mention of the 25 days or more to ship for any reason. . A few days AFTER I ordered my hair is when I was directed to the website about shipping. Each time I asked about shipping I was not given a clear, cut answer. Instead I was continually directed to the shipping website. I just needed clarification to make sure I understood what was written in the shipping section. However, the company would not give me a direct answer. Instead, as mentioned before, I was directed to the website AFTER placing my order and being charged.They also did not direct me to the terms and conditions page when I was in the process of ordering or anytime during my order, as of now since my order is still open. I actually have not been directed to the terms and conditions page during any time of my order. I have only been directed to the shipping page.Again my entire e-mail conversation with Hair Playground is attached for further clarification.Thank You!

Yes I have received the tracking number I also viewed to check if it was valid which it was I still have some concerns about the purchased but I will wait and see if it ACTUALLY comes to my home

Review: I inquired about this hair via IG and asked how do I purchase this hair. They proceeded to give me a 347 number I called that number multiple times until I got an answer I told her the bundles I wanted to purchase under the buy 4 get 4 free deal. I was sent an invoice to my email and was immediatley bombarded with texts and calls as to when I would make my purchase. Finally the purchase was made March [redacted]. About a week went by and I inquired about shipping time and tracking info. I was then directed to their website where I was [redacted] made aware of their shipping time being 15 - 25 days and also saw I had to purchase tracking info I did for an extra 9.00 then emailed inquiring how to receive the tracking info. I Was Then Told When My Item Is Shipped I will Receive tracking info. So April [redacted] I inquired once again when my item would be shipped I was told to stop checking in then told I needed to read the terms and conditions which states I agreed that shipping may take longer than 25 business days. I also mentioned canceling my order I was then told there are no refunds, canceling or returns. I told her I'd be canceling through my bank and reporting her company as fraud. She then told me she would sue me for slander. This company takes your money and then strings you along being very rude, not informative at all. Once they have your money it's you will get it when you get it. Do not buy from this company. Those reviews above are fake. As well as their many fake IG accts. I needed this hair for my baby shower and now I have to go out and purchase More hair. Smh. Stay away. This company tells you to order through the phone and invoice then after your purchase directs you to the website which has terms a customer should be informed of before making a purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like to know when my product is being shipped out.

I responded to an instagram post was given a phone number. Called the number placed my order was harrassed via text to pay for the invoice they sent to my email. I paid the invoice. I was not told before I made the purchase that my hair was not in stock. I was also not informed it would take over 25 business days. If there is such important information on the website I should be immediately directed to the website instead of a phone number and an invoice. These terms are not revealed until AFTER your purchase via invoice.

Invalid Complaint again done by this customer. Numerous times she was told for exact shipping dates that is express. The customer did not pay express therefore theres no exact dates. There is a General time range that customer should respect for standard shipping which is located in our shipping section as we guided the customer to.

This is one big circle. Once again I was not informed of shipping policy before purchase and I have to be told a date my item would be shipped. According to the policy they have posted online they can ship my product whenever they please it can be 3 months from now. Their policy needs to be revised and should be signed by every consumer before purchase. This is unethical business practice.
