Hello, Sorry for the trouble you are havingIn this instance, I see that this order was "fulfilled by Amazon.com" and not through our warehouseAs a retailer, having this fulfilled by Amazon, and not doing business directly with Pioneer, there is no way for us to control the return processIf you explain the situation to Amazon they may be able to issue a credit or assist with the warrantyIt is unfortunate that pioneer is basically calling all online retailers of their items, "unauthorized"They are the manufacturer of the item and should be honoring the warranty for you, if they will not, you will need to handle the returns process through your Amazon buyer account, since the item came from their distribution facilityI hope this makes senseThank you, ***
