Hello, Sorry to have disappointed you on this orderThe shipping times are addressed in a few different areas on the following page:https://www.jbtoolsales.com/shipping-returns/Depending on the item, there is typically a hour lead time before an order would ship, excluding weekends, since
UPS/FedEx don't pick upI see this order cleared our system around noon eastern time, this would have been scheduled to ship Monday from a FL warehouse, and delivered on TuesdayThis would have been well within the 2-business day estimate which was displayed at checkout. Further, I can see that numerous cancel requests were made between Friday night and Saturday morning, so this order was cancelled/refundedThis was indeed billed at checkout since the item was in the stock, and all credit card/debit card refunds take 2-business days, depending on bank. We apologize that we could not satisfy your needs on this orderThe only way this particular item would have shipped same day would have been if expedited shipping was paid for. Thank you, ***

Hello, Regarding this Amazon.com orderThe offer in question was for (1) each of the Skar Audio VVX-15VSubwooferThe buyer purchased (2) and that was shipped on the orderThe price of the offer on Amazon.com makes it very obvious that one subwoofer is being sold, the buyer paid $total

Once again your policy states: "RMA Policy - Unless the item purchased is defective, or a different product from what you ordered is sent, the buyer will assume all shipping chargesThe return shipment can be sent via any mailing method you wishPlease include any communications with us or the invoice in the packagePlease allow up to hours to be refunded after the package is delivered"It doesn't spell out prepaid shipping label but it does say you (the seller) assume the shipping charges for items purchased that are defective, or a different product from what you ordered is sent.I paid the shipping to receive the item and you expect a customer to pay at least that to return a defective tool that cost $? Your own return policy on your JB Tools website https://www.jbtoolsales.com/shipping-returns/ is clear cut and honest.So because *** *** has no requirement for its sellers to provide quality customer service or a definitive return policy, it provides you the loophole to be vague about defective returns.Please don't patronize me by making a concession in this instanceI would rather take the loss after what you and *** put me through and have the public know about your business practicesA simple apology and return label would have went a long way
