This has been resolved on June 8th we had to replace a part in the unit that went bad this was replaced under warranty and no charges to the customerThis is a man made machine and sometimes parts do fail early and we have no control over that all we need to do is make it right and we did and the
system is running the way it should

I called this customer today 12/29/2017. I contacted our vendor on there concerns and there is no active service bulletin regarding there furnace. I left a message for them to call me back to give them the information I received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.One Hour did not offer to resolve the matter.  One Hour stated it would need to see the other contractor's invoice before making any decision.  I have attached this invoice from Peter's Heating and Air Conditioning invite One Hour to do the right thing by refunding the service call as well as the contract price.

This customer has not maintained there equipment for over 2 years. The manufacture clearly states that the HVAC equipment must me maintained in order for the warranty to stay valid. If this customer has us do that we will put her equipment in good standing until she does so she has no warranty.

We had parts that had failed on the unit and we replaced them under warranty there was no charge to our client for this work. We stand behind our installs that we do but if equipment fails due to parts malfunctioning that's not our fault but we will make it right and that's what has happened here.

My documents plainly state annual maintenance . req. for our heat pump system. Dial One for 4 plus years did not advise customer of their interpretation of what "annual" means.  We shall let the courts decide. " SCAM" Thanks
