Hamilton Health Associates Reviews (41)

We will not be refunding the customers money as we provided a service to determine what was wrong with rthe system and the 2 other companies came up with the same diagnosis as we did.

We will be refunding the customer there money. No excuse our manager did not follow through.

The only resolution we will agree to is:  Refund of $228.00 payment and written confirmation that our 10 year parts and labor warranty is valid and will be honored by  Dial One Hour HVAC for the remaining duration of our contract signed by them on 7/17 2012. Thanks for your help.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]  There response is to easy.  They will send me my money (which I definitely want) and they are blaming their manager for not following through.  They didn't address the fact that since I have been waiting for the money I  have had financial hardship paying bills late.  They also didn't address how quickly I would get the money.  I want to know when to expect the money and that they are refunding me the total $407.

The last time we went to this customers home was 1/9/2015 they paid 59.00 and that was it. I don’t know where they are getting the 407.00 from.

I take complaints when we receive them very seriously and get them answered in a timely manner. I remember this customer we installed there system in 2015 and we replaced his parts under warranty and he paid zero dollars. There is nothing wrong with his equipment and there will be no need to replace it for any reason as it’s up and running and he has a warranty until 2025.

we will not refund the 89.95. we don't warranty drain lines and it's the customers responsability to have routine maintenance to keep the drain lines clear.

We have spoken to the client and we are going out this Thursday to fix the issue.

2 major components had to be completely replaced, and even the company's technicians stated off the record that they should not have failed in that short of time.  One believed the unit must have been around 10 years old for it to fail that completely and was surprised to learn that it was just slightly a year old.  As to being out zero dollars, I hope he is not the accountant.  Only the parts were covered and I was socked with a huge labor bill for a unit that it is clearly defective.  In fact within a week another aspect of the unit is not working correctly, but I am hesitant to contact them again as I will just get the same line that the unit is not defective; plus be hit with another huge labor cost.  It is clear the "company" does not care about its customers.  I do not know how many more breakdowns it will take for them to see the unit has problems (ie defective), but if they are going to maintain that stance then they should in good faith provide free labor to keep fixing it as it breaks down piece by piece.  I guess I will have to pursue alternative sources to get the matter resolved.

we will call the customer today and get this resolved ASAP.

They need to look at the original complaint and the attachments that I sent (cxl'd check, receipt, email communication with the manager).  The first time they attempted to negotiate a resolution they were willing to pay the 406.00 and stated that the problem was the manager didn't follow up.  I didn't accept the initial resolution because they didn't even apologize for my inconvenience.  I didn't want monetary compensation for my inconvenience for monetary hardship from not getting reimbursed quickly, I just wanted an apology and I wanted some idea when they would reimburse me not just "we will pay the money".  There is no verbal commitment in that statement of when they will send it.

We contacted the customer yesterday and told her we will refund the 568.00 and we gave her a free maintenance plan for 1 year. She agreed to the refund and the maintenance plan we offered and she is a happy customer again.

we will handle this.

We had our subcontractor go out to the home to repair damage to the clients floor. The client decided he wanted the whole floor replaced so the issue is not with us it's between him and the company we use to make repairs when damage occurs. We only agreed to fix the part we damaged and the client...

wanted the whole floor replaced so that was not what we agreed to do. So we have done our part the issue is between the client now and the floor guy.

I'm CHECKING AGAIN TO SEE IF THE WARRANTY IS VALID. WHEN WE CHECKED IT WAS NOT.
