response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 The labor was NOT covered by warranty.  Due to the extreme nature of the breakdowns, one can easily ascertain that the unit is most likely a lemon and will continue to have problems.  If Dial One does not wish to contact Bryant regarding this unit, at the very least they should be willing to cover all expenses, parts and LABOR!
