We would like to thank Handyman for there work.In particular of course the man himselfJohn he did a fantastic job on painting,and did some minor repair work to stairs and deck.He was professional and courteous throughout.And the job was done in a timely,neat fashion.So high accolades for John Graham and his professionalism.Our friends and neighbours have all mentioned how great the house looks.But in particular,Johns work.So thanks again Handyman....and John.Highly recommended.Cheers

Scott was the Master Electrician who came to install my light fixtureHe was professional, courteous, highly skilled, and knowledgable about all things related to electrical and plumbingAt every step during the electrical installation, he made sure to inform me if he thought there might be an issue (such as cutting too many links on the fixture in case I wanted it longer later)He even took time to look and advise me on a plumbing issue before he leftScott made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work before leavingI also was impressed that when I called for service, Handyman Connection (Colorado Springs) sent me an email confirmation with Scott's picture, his area expertise, etcso I would already know his qualifications before he arrivedExcellent company! I'm already scheduling my next job with them!

Handyman Connection is truly a top notch organization! They sent me a veteran master carpenter who did a tremendous job and we will be asking for him again in the near future for another project The plumber made a remarkable suggestion and we are so glad to have listened to him because the plumbing fixtures are right out of the magazine There was a small hiccup with one of the electricians but it was instantly fixed and we couldn't be any happier with the results They have experts in this organization and they know what they're doing This master bathroom is one for the Home and Garden magazines, especially with the price we paid! And the staff are the easiest people you could ever hope to work with! They're the best tradesmen I have ever worked with!

Called the Colorado Springs Handyman Connection for some drywall repair prior to a backsplash installation I was told the contractor would arrive with all the tools & supplies he needed to do the job The contractor arrived and told me he could start the job in a week and a half I let him leave This Handyman Connection location talked a good talk but couldn't deliver

We hired Handyman Connection to remodel our 1980's bathrooms Barbra was our initial point of connection, as project manager, and scoped out what we wanted to accomplish, helping us make decisions about details we had not considered; she also offered to assist us in selecting materials Barbra carefully spelled out in our contract everything we expected to be done, including removal of unwanted materials and clean-up, and then inspected to ensure its completion Rodger (with a "d") was our craftsman, with whom we were very pleased Our town home does not offer much extra space for storing stuff, but Rodger was respectful of our need to carry on while the projects were in motion, and kept the resulting mess to a minimum His craftsmanship is excellent, and attention to detail is evident He brings vast experience to his work, and accomplished everything our project required...drywall repair, painting, cabinet installation, plumbing, flooringAnd, he's also a great guy!

We are writing in response to Ms [redacted] concerns on her totalbalance due Ms [redacted] work was done in May, Attempts to reach her by phone to collect inJune went unansweredWhen did reach her in July, she said that she wanted toget receipts for the materials used on her project We then sent her via email the receipts andinvoice for the balance dueWhen we followed up with her via phone to see ifshe received the multiple emails, we spoke to her husband who told us there wasa bit of a plumbing issue that needed to be shored upSo in August we sentanother craftsman to their home to repair the tub faucet area.After we received no response from the emails or additionalcalls to collect on the balance due, we sent her a certified letter with thereceipts and the invoice Our letter wasreturned to us and never picked up at the post office When we were able to reach her by phone inSeptember, Ms [redacted] was very angry and frustrated that we had emailed her andthen sent a certified letter We werenot aware that her email had not been working and she said she worked too muchto go to the post office to get our letterSo, in November with an outstanding balance due and nocontact from Ms***, a notice of intent to file a lien was sent to Ms.*** Upon receipt of our letter, shedid call us and leave a very aggressive voicemail which included the commentsthat we could not call her back because she was calling from a neighbor’shouse So we were sort of left hangingfor we could not reach her by phone, email and any letters seemed not reach herconsistentlyWe are by no means trying to pressure Ms [redacted] to pay more thanthe balance dueWork was done and we would just like the balance due paid.In Ms [redacted] letter, she states that she is willing to pay$Since this has certainly dragged on for many months, we will acceptthat as payment in full

I would not recommend them for any work They do not stand behind their service I used them to fix a leaky sink When a few weeks later I still had issues with the sink I was told I would have to pay them to come back out to even assess the sink to see if it was a byproduct of their shoddy work

I was impressed with the work that we had done through Handyman ConnectionsWe had our bathroom remodeled and the timeliness and quality of the work was excellent

Our contract with the customer was to replace 20' of wood fencing and paint red The labor price after our coupon was $ Our contracts are for labor and the customer agrees to reimburse the Craftsman for materials purchased for the job Our Craftsman misunderstood the customer,
who had requested a privacy fence, and assumed the slat fence he purchased was a better "privacy" fence than the shadow box style fence he removed At job completion, the customer was not happy with the fence style change Because of the change in fence style and some of the installation details (which could have been rectified), the customer has refused to pay for any labor or the $spent on new fencing Currently, the debris from the original fence demolition is still on the customer property If we remove this material, the customer will be in the exact same condition as she was before we started, with a fence in place A new contractor would then need to remove and dispose of the existing fence before constructing a new one We can do either: remove the debris from the original fence demolition and dispose of it at no expense to the customer (this leaves the customer in the same condition as she was before we did work) remove the new fence and dispose of it, along with removing and disposing of the original fence debris The charge for this would be $labor plus $disposal fee. *** ***, Owner, Handyman Connection

Handyman connection stood by their warranty when they didn't have to and repaired a screen door that they had fixed earlier Damage was most likely wind related which isn't under their warranty or control but they came out and fixed it anyway under their warranty! I was very pleasantly surprised at this gesture and have to give kudos to their craftsman and the owner Shaun after speaking with him on the phone

I cannot say enough in the way of praise for Robert and Handyman Connection!
I needed to replace all the accessible Poly-B lines in my home (unfinished basement area allowed for some 'easier' accessI say 'easier' as there were spots that seemed impossible but he found a way!) and Robert tackled the task! Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he continually showed me what and why he was doing and how I can maintain my water lines in my new (to me) houseThe job ended up being more tedious than expected due to previous homeowners and contractors, but that didn't stop RobertHe insisted on finishing the job just so, and always left me with running water each day when he leftHe arrived on time each morning and was always happy to answer any questionsThe advice, the workmanship and the friendly manner were paramount and I will not hesitate for one moment to call Robert if anything is needed in the future

I contacted handyman connections to fix a leak in my kitchen celling
the plumber fixed the leak right away however when they came to fixed the patch on the celling ( which it took a few weeks for them to fix ) they painted the area without discussing it with me now I have to paint my whole kitchen because they left white paint patch around the corners and it just looks like my kitchen has a white patch on my wallThe handyman where very friendly but very poor communicationAlso on the estimate they provide don't include taxes and materials they add that at the point of paymentNot impressed

I recently hired Handyman Connection to remodel one of my bathrooms Everything was replaced except the tub (floor tiles, bathtub tiles, fixtures, vanity, lighting, paint and wallpaper) The craftsman did a fantastic job! He was punctual, courteous, experienced and thorough His expertise enabled him to do the entire job in a reasonable amount of time without any problems; every detail is perfect I highly recommend Handyman Connection to all my friends

Handyman Connection is a company that I completely trust to do high quality work This company is honest and trustworthy and stand behind their work 100% They use the highest quality products and employ some of the best craftsmen I have ever had I would highly recommend them and use them for all work needed on our home now Handyman Connection is a superbly run company espousing high ethical standards and principles, something that sets them apart from many other companies in the home improvement business
