Had Stephen from Handyman Connection out to my home last week for a quote and he was back today to do the work at date and time scheduled He did an amazing job for me putting up my new ceiling fan and running a water line to my new fridge! He cleaned as he went along and did a final check before leaving! Stephen was friendly and professional, I will be having him back next month to replace my old smoke detectors and build a new gate for the fence I would gladly recommend Handyman Connection and look forward to using their services again in the near future

Was a large bathroom remodel and they did a great jobWas completed as scheduled and on timeWorkmanship was excellent

I think that the Handyman Connection is a fraudI hired this company to do a wall repair in my bathroom and they did a TERRIBLE jobIt was SLOPPY, it was UNPROFESSIONAL, and it was UNACCEPTABLEI stopped payment on my checkDo NOT do business with this company

I am very pleased with the recent fence replacement conducted by a Handyman Connection craftsman

Don't bother with this companyThey will jerk you around, re-schedule and re-schedule with little or no notice and never show up to perform the workI never leave negative reviews, but this company is so unreliable and nonchalant about honoring their service commitments that I had to speak outDo NOT deal with these people!

If we agree to do what the customer is asking, we will have removed her original fence and disposed of the debris with no compensation.  If she hires a different contractor to install a new fence, they will have to remove and dispose of the fence we installed. Removing the fence we installed will require the same labor and disposal cost as removing the original fence.  The customer was referred to Chesterfield Deck and Fence with the expectation that she intended to have the fence we installed replaced.  If the customer agrees to pay us for fence demolition and disposal, we will remove and dispose of the fence we installed along with the original fence.   If not, we will come by and remove and dispose of the debris from the original fence at no charge.  This would leave the customer in exactly the position she was in before we became involved. We would be happy to arbitrate this case with a Revdex.com arbitrator in order to resolve this issue.  This customer is basically asking for the demolition and disposal of her fence for free.

My experience with Handyman Connection was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with was cordial, professional, and extremely helpful, starting with the appointment process.
After making my appointment, I received an email confirming the time and telling me who my craftsman would be. I also received a phone called from the craftsman, Bill, telling me that he was on his way. Bill was wonderful to deal with. I showed him the various things I needed done in my house, including one I had not originally scheduled. In a few moments, he gave me an estimate, which I approved.
I could not have been happier with the results! In one short morning, Bill took care of everything that had been nagging at me for months. I would not hesitate to use Handyman Connection for all my household projects, large or small, and to recommend them to anyone else who needs things done around the house.

We would like to thank Handyman for there work.In particular of course the man himself. John he did a fantastic job on painting, and did some minor repair work to stairs and deck.He was professional and courteous throughout. And the job was done in a timely, neat fashion. So high accolades for John Graham and his professionalism. Our friends and neighbours have all mentioned how great the house looks. But in particular,Johns work.So thanks again Handyman....and John.Highly recommended.Cheers.

We hired Handyman Connection to remodel our 1980's bathrooms. Barbra was our initial point of connection, as project manager, and scoped out what we wanted to accomplish, helping us make decisions about details we had not considered; she also offered to assist us in selecting materials. Barbra carefully spelled out in our contract everything we expected to be done, including removal of unwanted materials and clean-up, and then inspected to ensure its completion.

Rodger (with a "d") was our craftsman, with whom we were very pleased. Our town home does not offer much extra space for storing stuff, but Rodger was respectful of our need to carry on while the projects were in motion, and kept the resulting mess to a minimum. His craftsmanship is excellent, and attention to detail is evident. He brings vast experience to his work, and accomplished everything our project required...drywall repair, painting, cabinet installation, plumbing, flooring. And, he's also a great guy!

Ross was excellent. Timely, professional and friendly. We are very happy with his work and we felt the price was reasonable.

We are writing in response to Ms. [redacted] concerns on her totalbalance due.  Ms. [redacted] work was done in May, 2014.  Attempts to reach her by phone to collect inJune went unanswered. When did reach her in July, she said that she wanted toget receipts for the materials used on her project. ...

We then sent her via email the receipts andinvoice for the balance due. When we followed up with her via phone to see ifshe received the multiple emails, we spoke to her husband who told us there wasa bit of a plumbing issue that needed to be shored up. So in August we sentanother craftsman to their home to repair the tub faucet area. After we received no response from the emails or additionalcalls to collect on the balance due, we sent her a certified letter with thereceipts and the invoice.  Our letter wasreturned to us and never picked up at the post office.   When we were able to reach her by phone inSeptember, Ms. [redacted] was very angry and frustrated that we had emailed her andthen sent a certified letter.  We werenot aware that her email had not been working and she said she worked too muchto go to the post office to get our letter. So, in November with an outstanding balance due and nocontact from Ms. [redacted], a notice of intent to file a lien was sent to Ms.[redacted].  Upon receipt of our letter, shedid call us and leave a very aggressive voicemail which included the commentsthat we could not call her back because she was calling from a neighbor’shouse.  So we were sort of left hangingfor we could not reach her by phone, email and any letters seemed not reach herconsistently. We are by no means trying to pressure Ms. [redacted] to pay more thanthe balance due. Work was done and we would just like the balance due paid.In Ms. [redacted] letter, she states that she is willing to pay$247.13. Since this has certainly dragged on for many months, we will acceptthat as payment in full.

After I found water leakage from one of my shower tubs, I called service from Handyman Connection on Sep11 ,2015. Cory came to my house a week later for this service. He checked the leakage after disconnecting the drain and put it back, then told me that the water was from the aged seal of silicone in the shower base and once the silicone is replaced, the leak age will be gone. He spent about 45 minutes for this service and invoiced me $186. Because the charge was too high for this 45 minutes of service and the proposed new charge for the next service of replacing the silicone seal, I did the sealing of the shower base by myself. I thought the leakage was fixed. But when I was using the shower after two week, I found the leakage is still there and so I called company why the leakage remains. Cory came to my house in the morning on Sept 29, after 20 minutes of check, he told me that the silicone I used is not good enough and I should use the ** silicone from him, I said it is ok. What I was surprised is that this time without any work but confirming nothing wrong with his last service, he charged me another $183. Since my husband left for work, I was afraid of any unhappy arguments with a man, I paid the invoice. However, I would like to report this unfairness service from this company and I wish I can get back of what I paid this time.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Handyman Connection. Roger was a true craftsman. He cares about the little details and works to make sure he gets it right. He was on time and put in a full days work in everyday. He encouraged me to stop in often and see the work and give any feedback to make sure we were on the same page . It came out stunningly beautiful. Everyone is so impressed. I am so happy with the job. I would highly recommend Handyman Connection. They have done two bathrooms for us and we've been pleased both times.

I felt like the person that came out to help us with an electrical problem went above and beyond because he came out on short notice and he had to work around others while they installed a dishwasher. Both arrived at the house at the same time and needed to work in the same area. I really appreciate his assistance and his patience. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would ask for him again.

Handyman Connection was very professional and timely in responding to my work requests. I had contacted other contractors in town with estimates and their prices were the best in town! They helped me with ceiling drywall repairs in two rooms and helped finish master bathroom remodel that included plumbing and furniture install. We are very happy with the results and we will use them again!

[redacted] from Handyman Connection installed my Free Little Library on my front lawn with care and professionalism. [redacted] not only made sure that the library was situated correctly, level, and secure; he cleaned up and left the site 'better than it was before'.

I highly recommend Handyman Connection A+

I asked for a quote to reattach a screen door, the quote came back for $263.00 to reattach a screen door which I thought was very expensive but I thought if they do an excellent job it would be worth that amount maybe. I viewed the contract and signed it. After the repair was completed the tenant at my rental property sent me pictures of the door. It was reattached but a black fiberglass compound was used to repair a broken wood area of the door jamb. The compound was very rough and uneven and didn't come close to matching the dark green color of the rest of the wood. Also, my tenant had forgot to put out the hydraulic arm and safety chain that attached to the door so it was attached without those items. A phone call from the company would have been nice. Hey, I'm here to attach the door and missing some components, do you want me to run to [redacted] and pick up parts (of course I'll pay for the parts and errand running and I accept that) I contacted the company and their inspector came out and stated that the door was repaired according to the contract and no sanding or painting was stated in the contract (this was true, it wasn't in the contract) However, I would have thought paying $263.00 to reattach a door included some finishing work, especially when they call their repairmen "craftsmen" After speaking with a manager I agreed to pay whatever it took to fix the door with matching paint and a door jamb surface that wasn't uneven and rough fiberglass compound because I just wanted to be done with the company and the repair process. In the end the repair was good and cost a total of $405.00 So bottom line I got the repair I needed but for $400.00 + to put 9 screws to reattach a screen door, placing some fiberglass compound, sanding/ touch up paint, attaching a hydraulic arm and safety chain to the door. Only $40 for parts so the rest was labor. I could have flown to Denver, rented a car and repaired it myself in one day for about the same and could have repaired it to my standards. I won't be using them again because of the high cost and quick fix attitude I got on the first go. Also, if you use them read the contract carefully, because apparently basic assumptions like repairing parts with matching paint and a decent sanded finish need to be spelled out for Handyman Connection. My vote is find a good local handyman you can trust and stick with them. After this experience I'll take a handyman over a "craftsman" anyday.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  This vehicle was priced on the windshield with a price of $15,950.  Apparently the "0" had blown off during a prior test drive.  Obviously we are not selling a 2014 for $1,595.  We tried to explain this to the gentleman but he was...

insistent that he buy it for the price on the windshield.  There  is nothing we can do to resolve this with him.  As you know these things happen sometimes and we are not bound to sell it in the event of a error of this magnitude.  Please contact me if you have any further questions.  Thank you. Michael D[redacted]General managerTwin City Dodge, INC.

I have used Handyman Connection several times with no complaints. Always had a good experience. This week I needed the gait on my fence fixed and Jerry was quick on the job. No long wait. He was very courteous, professional, gave clear explanations, and good follow up. I was not able to be around for the evaluation but I could speak to Jerry over the phone from my work. That's all that was needed. He went over to my house, explained his assessment to me and fixed the gait w/o any issues. I came home from work and the job was done. Quick and clean. Thank you.
