Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: First off they did not reach out to us We paid off our settlement Oct15th They then took another payment on 11-15- We then called and they returned a partial payment on 11-26- We then called again and they returned the remainder on 12-1-17.We then called on the following dates to ask about our lean on our home We wanted this removed and a proof of payment We called the following dates in order to get this accomplished: 11-22-17, 11-27-17, 12-7-17, 12-8-17, 12-11-17, 12-22-(Twice), and 12-29- Each time they assured us they would be sending something via email and mail Finally on 12-29-we were told we had to go to our court house and pay to get a satisfaction of judgement in order to get the leans off our home and proof of payment When we got them we noticed that one settlement was filed in court on 11-15-and the other 12-13- After paying them on 10-15- We feel the lack of communication with in the company results in poor customer service We were told many things by this company and they did not deliver We were assured when we started this process there would be no legal ramifications We believe they have falsely advertised their service Even though this has been resolved I feel this company needs to be looked into, this process has added more stress to our lives then if we would have just negotiated and paid our own debt Sincerely, Brian Nelson

Please see the attached letter responding to the complaint Thank you for your assistance

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAs per my conversation with the representative of the company, I have agreed to tentatively accept this response of the business but reserve the right to resubmit the complaint, if they fail to follow through on their promises Sincerely, [redacted]

We have unsuccessfully attempted to contact the client both via phone and email to resolve his complaint We encourage him to contact us in hopes of resolving this issue

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My response is as follows:The claim that I had not provided Harbor Legal Group with all the account numbers is false This was all provided to them January 1, by a visiting representative to our home All physical statements by all creditors.I was also told by at least customer service representatives that letters of representation would be sent out immediately, or the next business day following my subsequent conversations with Harbor Legal Group.I was told weeks later specifically that [redacted] would not be sent letters of representation after contact with Harbor Legal Group via telephone, even though my initiation letter welcoming me to the program stated in writing that letters would be sent out to ALL my creditors.Again, the claim that I had not provided Harbor Legal Group with all the account numbers is false. This is not a matter of miscommunication, it is a matter of saying one thing, then doing another.I have recorded conversations, with his permission, with Mr [redacted] confirming what I have said.I am disappointed that Harbor Legal Group has eloquently manipulated the situation to state they did not have all my account information.I have currently retained a Bankruptcy Attorney, who is very interested & concerned about this situation.I will consult her further as to how to respond.Thank you[redacted] Sincerely, James Proulx

We have reached out to the client and resolved the matter to their satisfaction They are also remaining in our program

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all, I received one (1) phone call in regards to this refund offer.I returned Mr [redacted] ’ phone call, left a voice mail, & have not received a reply. My concern at this point is continued twisting of circumstances, making statements that are simply not completely accurate, or not true.My account #s were in fact given at the very beginning of the program, & they were subsequently verified via telephone to a CSR of Harbor Legal groupI don’t appreciate being scape-goated in this matter as the one that ‘didn’t understand clearly’.This is an issue of taking advantage of a segment of the public that is unfamiliar with how to handle their debt.In my personal situation, I followed Harbor Legal Group’s instructions, read the material they gave me, paid close attention to the CSR’s statements, & found many discrepancies and contradictions Of which I was told either the previous CSR had given me information, or that ‘Letters of Representations’ will NOT be sent out, as stated in the welcome package. Now I am being told that it is my fault because all account #s were not received, when in fact the original physical account statements were given to the paralegal when he visited my home to collect them.As attorneys, I feel it is a prerequisite to be able to pay attention to detail. This was not done, & continues to be absent, & is a poor representation as a whole for Harbor Legal Group[redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I have never heard of this client and have never had any contact with her I think she must be referring to Harbor Legal Group and while I do represent them in limited situations, and only in Colorado, I can't respond to something that was never brought to my attention this complaint letter has been forwarded to Harbor, and I am confident that they will respond both to the client and to Revdex.com

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: This company takes absolutely no accountability for their poor customer service and misrepresentation. You can see this in their "written" apology, which is a passive aggressive way in deflecting our main concerns. I would like them to take accountability, and recognize the damage they did to our credit and the stress that they put upon our family, which is something they said would not happen. After much research I'm not the only person they have misguided, so I need the Revdex.com to understand that this company is falsely advertising help, so if people are looking for credit help they may think twice before choosing this company, and giving them their money. We are FINALLY free from Harbor Legal, but this is due to our persistence and calling almost every day for months to get this resolved. They do not get the credit!
Sincerely,
