HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT JUST DONATING IT TO THEM IF THEY WILL? ADMIT TO THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS MATTER.I NEVER SUED A HVAC COAND HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING SO? We have removed Ms [redacted] from the collection agency on 12/27/after receiving her payment.?

We will not give a refund due to a person having mid communication with a family memeberOur records show that the home owner called he morning of for a service due to unit being brokeShe called to cancel the appointment afte we were already there and fixed her systemThe daughter of the house let the tech in and paid for the call and now they want their money backWe do not go to random houses break in to fix their furnace and have a random person pay us when we are doneThat is just ridiculous .?

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Dor Mar is still at fault on this issueBut, since they are now offering a refund ( this was not offered before this complaint) of the original service $150.00-I will accept it

You did a stop payment on your credit card, and they issued you a different amount most likely due to a fee on doing a stop paymentI'm not your bank!!! You call us stating your suing the 1st HVAC contractor should of been a eye opener for us Maybe you should stop and think "is it me, or the contractors"????? Your un-happy with us when all we did is offer a year service package which you decided not to keepI don't see how Dor-Mar provided a bad service when we didn't make you stay in the contract of only $for maintenance package, and again you didn't get the full amount back because the bank charged you a fee for the stop paymentWhen all you had to do was call us and we would of gave you the money backSo file a complaint with the bank or someone who is the patience to deal with a person like your selfI'm sorry if this is harsh but we now have a complaint over something you did to your selfThe gun statement is ludicrousWe've been in business for over years and the two guys that were at your home have been with the company combines for over years, and are well like among our 50,customers

We were never called for a free quoteWe were the first company there, and the dispatch was created from her initial phone call "unit doesn't work"We sent a service technician and he diagnosed the unit was completely out of freonHe then quoted her for a price of a new one, to fix existing, and to run new gas lineWe charge for a diagnostic of a broken unitIf the customer would have called for a estimate only then the service would of been freeThe other companies most likely didn't charge because she called them after us asking for a estimate since she realized fixing her system probably was the best move after having us diagnose what was wrong

I've responded to this man alreadyThere is no such term "free estimates on service diagnostics" There is only free estimates on a $ to replace his system with newThere is no company out there that provides estimates to figure out what is wrong with a systemIn all fields of contract work that is considered a "SERVICE CALL" , OR DIAGNOSTIC CHARGEYou can not take your car to a repair shop and they tell you why the car doesn't work for freeWe are not differentIf the customer would have handled this politely we would of discounted the service charge to something cheaper

I am rejecting this response because: the business failed to address the root cause of the service callRather, implying their way was better than what the home inspector specified must be done and exaclty what was specified by the homeowner to the technician to pass inspectionAs evidenced by the reply the contractor still feels they did the job their way, not as requestedBear in mind, the equipment was working properly as it was since when first installed without issue, nothing was broken all that was requested was a change in gas line piping to comply with the inspectors report Regards, [redacted]

This complaint truly bothers meI understand the technician making a mistake on the breaker tripping and going straight for the compressorThat normally is the problem out times, and I would of gave a full refund for this call plus a free trip in the futureWhat bothers me is why this wasn't addressed to my service manager Thomas M***You haven't received a call back because I'm not always in the office and I pay people to handle this type of issue for meSo these are internal mistakes that should of never affected you the customerThis customer will be receiving a full refund check by USPS in the mail, and will have a credit in our system for their next call to be free of charge if they choose to use us againThey have used us previously and was provided good service and would like to? continue to show them we provide good serviceThey were unfortunately a product of employee not looking into their problem the way it should of been addressed.?

I have not received until today. Also, Is Dor Mar going to send me letter in writing in regard to the next service? Can it be detail to what will be included in the next service that is free of charge?

Thomas is calling the lady nowIf she provides a copy of the other companies work order and they were able to fix the system and what they did we will not charge the $99.99.

I'm using his statement, " I specifically told them that my a/c unit is working but not throwing cool air so they knew I don't need a new a/c system." Free estimates is only to replace equipment not to fixThis is a standard through all HVAC company'sWe do not diagnose problems for freeThat service is considered a service call

Please keep this on record that I paid Dor Mar because they reported me to a credit agancy I paid it so I wouldnt get bad credit even though I didnt want to because they should'nt have charged me my complaint number is *** Thank You
