The first part of the response with regard to $per square is contradicted by what is shown on the bottom of the response with regard to acceptance In the bottom section of their response, the $per square is again mentioned as their offer and NOT the $per square plus the cash settlement Also, please direct all future correspondence/emails/phone calls, etcto me and not *** It is much more efficient in that regard since I am the sole person who has been trying to resolve this matter If we are able to get the verbiage corrected on the most recent response from this company, I am very eager to get this matter into a state of final resolution The roof has been replaced as of April 17, 2017, so I am only interested in receiving this in the form of a refund check along with the initial settlement I do not need a coupon for $$ off on the purchase of shingles I hope to never have to go through the ordeal of another roof replacement Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: CertainTeed has TWISTED my words again and LIED AGAIN !!! Pete K*** LIED when he stated to me on the phone on July 21, 2016, that CertainTeed would have replaced my roof for Free in 2005. They absolutely REFUSED to HONOR their Warranty since I started complaining in 2003/to them after my shingles were applied in June, 2001. I've asked numerous times for CertainTeed to PRODUCE the Document that stated they would replace my roof for Free in 2005. CertainTeed can NOT because they NEVER made the offer. Pete K*** Lied !!! I have given Revdex.com and CertainTeed copies of the Receipts from November, 2005 and another one from December, showing PROOF that I had to buy MORE shingles to replace CertainTeeds SHODDY, SUB-Standard, Cheaply Produced Shingles and sold at HIGH prices during the time frame that NUMEROUS Lawsuits and Class Action Lawsuits were filed against CertainTeed and the VICTIMS WON their cases. Apparently, my shingles were from the same type of shingles that were the basis of these lawsuits against CertainTeed that were applied on my roof. I even paid the Contractor extra money as shown in the evidence I sent for a higher quality shingle and still they split and blew off within two years of applying in June 2001. WHY did I have to buy more shingles in Nov and Dec ~~~ IF ~~~ as Pete K*** stated that CertainTeed would have offered a FREE roof in 2005. I was having brunch with a friend when Pete K*** called me and made that statement of which his voice could be heard, as I had him on "speaker" phone as I explained to him that I was in a restaurant because of the noise in the background, so I put him on "speaker" to hear him better and my friend was across the table from me hearing it all, as could the people at the next table. If Pete K*** is now denying he made that statement on July 21, 2016, it is just more PROOF of the LIES, FRAUD and DECEPTION that I have been dealing with, with CertainTeed since 2003. They FRAUDULATED the dates on BOTH the contracts that they sent to me in recent months, despite the fact that they had the Contract, Building Permit Date, Property Tax Documents, etc., all showing proof of the date and STILL CertainTeed Falsified the date the shingles were applied. CertainTeed can NOT produce the Document from that Pete K*** told me that they would have replaced my roof for FREE and he did STATE that FACT !!! Proof of what I am saying is shown in the numerous lawsuits that were filed against CertainTeed for the same type of SHODDY shingles that were applied on my roof and sold for HIGH prices. CertainTeed Representatives continues to LIE, Commit Fraud, Falsifies Dates, etc., the same kind of response I have been getting from them since 2003/2004. WHEN are they going to HONOR their WARRANTIES??? CertanTeed is doing advertising by promoting a 25-Warranty and in some instances a LONGER number of years for their shingles. This is ILLEGAL to do Advertising.
