I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com, The letter sent to the Revdex.com complaint department is dated This is important because in June of 2017, CertainTeed sent me a letter to settle the matterWe negotiated with CertainTeed a fair offer for the replacement of the the total roof on the duplex CertainTeed was aware this building was a duplex from the replacement in due to defective materialAgain, the granules started to come off , and on two separate occasions , I sent different samples of the shingles from different sides the of the roofcording to CertainTeed laboratory, a letter of settlement was sent to me to replace the shinglesThe only problem was the amount needed. I had until December to sign the settlementI was ready to sign this settlement, but the number of squares where only 26, half of what was needed Now CertainTeed is reneging on the settlement letter I am only asking for their original offer to replace the roof This offer came from them, and if CertainTeed would have stayed behind their word, I would not be complaining to the Revdex.com.I reject this response from CertainTeed and revert to the original settlement letter in June of

Both parties agreed to the terms; however, the amount of shingles on their offer was incorrect. The offer stated half amount of shingles needed to cover the duplex. That is the discrepancy. CertainTeed and their local representative new the correct amount of shingles needed because of a previous replacement on the duplex. Now, CertainTeed is reneging on their offer stating they(CertainTeed made a mistake.
