horrible service and sales at toyota of tampa bay dont ever buy from them'
Toyota Tampa Bay is horrible service , I came in to get an oil change and the manager came outside with his employe and told me I want to buy your car I can give you a or and told me no down payment down , he's worker paul did all the paperwork and then lied because told me there was down payment then he made me give him a down payment if I wanted the car , then the next day I get a message telling me to come in because they had paperwork to give me and they lied because I showed up days later because I was at work and the saleman come out and tells me im giving you the money back and I need the key back , and there was no paperwork they lied just to get me to come in , im not a child you lie to I wasnt going to run away with their car be straight up about bussiness dont lie and tell me to come in to do paperwork and the guy named paul or the manager coulndt come in to apologize they both ignored me
