We strongly disagree with the claims made by the complainantAgain, we are unable to respond directly to the complainant as he stated that he is represented by an attorney

Mr [redacted] ,Once we received your complaint, we checked with the original creditor on your balance Total charges for your 10/20/date of service were $1,068.45, there was an adjustment taken on the account for $leaving a balance due as of 12/26/of $You then made a payment on 6/16/of $leaving a balance of $This information came from our client on 8/17/We are sorry that you somehow received incorrect information on the balance due, but again at this time the original creditor is showing the $still due on your account.Thank you [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This response is filled with blatant liesI did leave them a voicemail the day I received their letter in the mail and once again provided the insurance information and requested a call back.As far as their "attempt to call me back" on 4/14/at 10:18AM, this is a blatant lieI have attached my call history covering 4/14/and there is NO CALL from themAlso, do they not leave voicemails? They didn't callPlain and simple. As far as presenting my insurance information on the date of service, I have a witness who drove me to [redacted] 's location, helped me check in and assisted me with the formsHe witnessed me provide my insurance information to the receptionist and she actually handed him back the cards because I had already been taken back I had to meet with him after my discharge to get my insurance cards backHis name is [redacted] and his phone number is ###-###-####Please feel free to contact him to verify this information. As far as the calls made from [redacted] on 8/6/and 10/17/12, I provided the insurance information again along with the card number for my flexible spending account both timesThere was absolutely NO MENTION of [redacted] and to suggest there was is absolutely ridiculousI make well over figures and have some of the best health coverage availableAccording to the man who called from [redacted] , I would hear back from them if any additional information was neededI BEG you to PLEASE review their call recordings to verify thisIt's obvious these companies are lying to try and cover their mistake, which could have so easily been fixedI have provided my insurance and billing information times now and they can't get it straightI have attached copies of my insurance card and the HSA account card that they should have on record. If they do not get this straightened out and correct the erroneous credit report entry immediately, I will retain counsel and file suit for damagesI will have their call records subpoenaed and will have no problem producing a witness (***)who will testify that I gave my insurance information at the time of serviceDue to my profession, I am required to maintain spotless credit historyTheir error could potentially cost me my position with [redacted] .Regards, [redacted]

Our office only has record of one communication with the complainant, which occurred on 4/14/He left a message on our office voicemail, requesting a call back at the number he provided in the complaintOur staff attempted to reach him by phone on 4/14/at 10:a.mOur phone call was not answered. The complainant did state in his voicemail that he had insurance coverage for his date of serviceHowever, the timely filing limit for this account was three (3) months after the date of servicePer our notes and the original creditors notes, the complainant did not provide insurance information prior to the expiration of the three month filing limit.Per the original creditor's notes, the complainant did not present insurance information on the date of service, and was told that his account was considered a self-pay account until his insurance information was providedThe original creditor called the complainant on 8/6/to ask him to apply for [redacted] , since he did not present valid insurance information at the time of his visitThe notes state that the complainant refused to applyThe original creditor spoke with the complainant again on 10/17/to advise him of his balanceThe complainant stated that he would call back with his insurance informationThe original creditor has no record of the complainant calling back prior to the account being placed for collections with our office on 12/27/12.If the complainant has record of providing his insurance information to the original creditor prior to the expiration of the three (3) month filing limit, he can provide it to us directly at HCI, [redacted] ***, or via fax at ###-###-####

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The business HCI needs to take responsibility to verify debts before inputting them into their collection system for collection purposes Media is provided by companies in order to verify debts If they have not, that is the problem of the collection agency not the agency who made the original mistake to begin with I considered this matter as closed and the collection company to be a joke

Ms [redacted] We have closed and returned this account to the original creditorWe will also report this account as a deletion to all three credit bureaus Thank you [redacted]

The credit bureaus can take up to days to update their filesWe have no control over when they will update their informationThanks

Mr***Due to the balance of your bill, we require a higher monthly payment than you are currently sending for us to send you a monthly statement. The minimum amount we would require for you to pay on this is $a monthIn your case however, we will make an exception and send you
a monthly bill after each of your paymentsWe have requested a letter to be mailed out to you today coinciding with your payment on 4/27/If for some reason you do not receive a letter after you make your May payment please contact me directly at ###-###-#### and I will make sure one is mailed.Thank you

I have been working with Mac J here at HCI collections for over months getting my
Collection accounts taken care of He was very helpful and goes out of his way to make the "collection" process and good as it gets

The payment was made 1/5/I was told when I made the payment that it would be updated the first week of FebI contacted each credit
reporting agency today (2/8/16) and not a single one has received any sort of update from Healthcare Collections LLCI have attached the letter I received after being harassed by the supervisor on 2/5/This is causing me to lose my earnest money and the home in which I have an offer on! Their business practices are completely unethical!
