This company was horrible. There so called manger was the worst, he broke several FDCPA laws at which Ia m having an attorney look into, I just want other consumers to know and there clients what a horrible company this is.

In response to this complaint, HCI contacted the original creditor a second time with Mr. [redacted]'s contention that this was not his bill. The original creditor notified HCI to close and return the account to them, as the debt is not owed by Mr. [redacted]. This account was not reported to the credit...

bureaus by HCI and is no longer in collections. Please refer any future questions to the original creditor.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

We reviewed our system and the number was removed from the account in question on 3/3/15. We also did a search and there are no other accounts in our system with the phone number in question.Thank you[redacted].
