We requested a serial number from the customer to file a quality complaint with the manufacturer in order to send him a replacementSince the customer failed to provide us with the information we needed it caused unnecessary delay in the replacement orderHowever the damaged part has been shipped out via Fedex on the 17th of AprilPlease let us know if we can be of any further assistance
