The problem still remains with Healthcare Supply Pros that the products were returned per their policy and approval, and a refund was never issued. They received their returned products and kept our money. Please advise.

Generally speaking, Medline scrubs run large. This is indicated on the website on the product page as well as on the size chart.
Also, according to the manufacturer, these scrubs shrink about 15% after the first few washes, which is also indicated on the site.

I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for products I never received.  It's a shame that this has been going on for months and the company is unwilling to work with me on this.  But I plan on pursuing this claim until we reach an agreement.

Being the largest distributor of Medline Scrubs, we communicate these facts to all of our customers along with a size chart provided to us by the manufacturer.QA Process: Since you were not satisfied, your customer service rep escalated the issue and opened a quality complain with the manufacturer. This process allows the manufacturer to physically inspect the product to make sure its made to specification. You were provided with a prepaid return label and the items were sent to the manufacturer for a review. The manufacturer inspected the items and found them to be in accordance with their manufacturing specifications.
