I contacted Roger at Heartland Computers about upgrading my computer, he came and installed me a reconditioned tower and downloaded all my information from the old oneI found him to be very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why and showed me how to operate the new systemI felt comfortable having him in my home and would not hesitate to recommend his company

Great company - great service! Would recommend them highly to anybody Brought in my computer without an appointment and they immediately started looking at it I thought the power supply had burned out as it would not turn on, but after they plugged everything in, it worked fine They would not let me leave without turning the machine off and on several times to make sure that there were no issues with the machine Also they did not charge me for their time! I'll be coming back

My experience with heartland computers was great I had a [redacted] desktop that was having trouble connecting to the internet, I originally called [redacted] and they were going to charge me $ [redacted] to try and help me with my problem, so thinking that was a lot of money to pay for a problem that could be so minor I looked around and found heartland computers, they were so helpful they took the time to look at my computer and told me everything that would be needed to be done on my computer and the costs that would be includedIn a few short days I picked up my computer and everything was running great againThe service here was above and beyond my expectations

I will say that Heartland Computer has been a great place to do business They take the time to explain what type of computer you need, they donot try to oversell you My old HP computer, which was year & days old-days beyond the warranty, was brokeThey made me one, told me what type I neededWhen they were done they then showed me how it ranThey also put in my favorites from the old computer, with also the desktop icons & programs of my old computer They delivered on everythingI also had them come out & put in a new router They are very professional, they explain everything, & help you with all your questionsI feel that they treat you the way you want to be treated as a customerI just wish every company would do this Hats off to this company, I would highly recommend them
