PoorI needed to find out if Heartland had a product in stockI used the chat option rather than callWhy bother with calling when you can quickly send a message and get a response immediately? I provided a sufficient description of my problem and even had a link to amazon with an example of the product I neededI just needed it right away, not two days from nowI was willing to pay any cost to get it to meI was questioned several times on what exactly I needed AFTER I showed this person what I neededI was then sent pictures of two products, one of which was what this person BELIEVED I needed, and one product that was the style I needed, BUT, it did not have the signal strength I neededThis was clearly written on the package, and in the first few lines of chat I explained how far I needed to run a cableAfter an hour of talking, half of which was unexplained dead time because I received no reply on the chat window, I had to be the one to determine that they did not have the product I neededI then proceeded to inform this support person that due to this amount of wasted time, I would not be coming back for any of their services or productsIn reply I received an Omg, I was trying to helpI was told I was chatting with a person with years of experience, but the knowledge and etiquette that was revealed to me was that of a teenager

Wow, what fast and great serviceHad a hard drive go out and it was fixed the next dayA small business owner who does excellent workI will bring my other computer in just to get it cleaned up and maybe even upgrade the hard driveI will definitely recommend to anyone needing reliable and reasonably priced computer repair

My experience with heartland computers was great I had a *** desktop that was having trouble connecting to the internet, I originally called *** and they were going to charge me $*** to try and help me with my problem, so thinking that was a lot of money to pay for a problem that could be so minor I looked around and found heartland computers, they were so helpful they took the time to look at my computer and told me everything that would be needed to be done on my computer and the costs that would be includedIn a few short days I picked up my computer and everything was running great againThe service here was above and beyond my expectations

when my my gaming pc was not working it would shut off every couple of seconds and my sound was not working so I brought it here and when I got it back it was working good as new

I have been using this buisness for three years anytime I have had a issue he helps me right away and is always fast to fix the issues I give this man a five star raiting. Trust no one else with my technical issues.

Very professional and outstanding work. I bought a printer and never printer the way it supposed to be printed since it was new. Finally I gave up spending my time figuring out how to printer. So, I decided to call Heartland Computer and [redacted] came and fix pre existing problem in printer. Now my printer works properly. Next my computer took a dump. Nothing came in my screen. Did not know what the [redacted] was wrong with it. So, I decided to take my computer to them. They diagnose right way and fix the issue immediately while I was waiting. Now everything is working the way supposed to be. He even came to my place around 7:30 pm and helped me and taught me few thing about browsers for FREE. I am very happy and will recommend to anyone.

Great job very happy would recommend to anyone, [redacted] saved all my pictures and music as well as documents from my dead hard drive got me on the cloud and explained how cloud works. No extra charge for all his extra work.

I contacted Roger at Heartland Computers about upgrading my computer, he came and installed me a reconditioned tower and downloaded all my information from the old one. I found him to be very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why and showed me how to operate the new system. I felt comfortable having him in my home and would not hesitate to recommend his company.

Could not be happier with the service. Appreciate the time spent teaching me the ins and outs of my computer that makes it so much more valuable as a tool...I would highly recommend [redacted] to anyone with any type of computer problem, ipad, etc needs....... you will not be disappointed.

Great company - great service! Would recommend them highly to anybody. Brought in my computer without an appointment and they immediately started looking at it. I thought the power supply had burned out as it would not turn on, but after they plugged everything in, it worked fine. They would not let me leave without turning the machine off and on several times to make sure that there were no issues with the machine. Also they did not charge me for their time! I'll be coming back.

Roger do an excellent job repairing my computer . He always take care of computer trouble, keep me up to date with the changes he is very good friend. A friend of mine recommended him he is the only one I would recommend to my friends.

My computer was running poorly but I found Heartland Computer and with great cooperation my problems were quickly fixed. The charges were very reasonable. Some follow up was needed a week later on an unrelated issue and it was also taken care of completely. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone in need of help with their computers.

They were very fast and explained in detail, all the new procedures and made sure we could understand everything. They also made our new Windows software more user friendly.
