We are very pleased with the service from Heartland Computers. They are always prompt and we are always very impressed with their knowledge and how professional they are. I would highly recommend them for computer repair.

[redacted] did a great job on my notebook. Took it in on Friday night and he called me back that night to pickup. I was busy, so picked it up Sat when they opened. Great service hands down.

I will say that Heartland Computer has been a great place to do business.
They take the time to explain what type of computer you need, they donot try to oversell you.
My old HP computer, which was 1 year & 2 days old-2 days beyond the warranty, was broke. They made me one, told me what type I needed. When they were done they then showed me how it ran. They also put in my favorites from the old computer, with also the desktop icons & programs of my old computer.
They delivered on everything. I also had them come out & put in a new router.
They are very professional, they explain everything, & help you with all your questions. I feel that they treat you the way you want to be treated as a customer. I just wish every company would do this.
Hats off to this company, I would highly recommend them.

This was one of the best experiences. [redacted] @ Heathland computers is the best. He came down to fix our computer, we had some issues. He didn't only fix our computer. He taught me so much. Then too we had problems with our WiFi. He came down and of curse fixed that, reconfigured , it so that it made it easy for us. He is so GREAT to share his knowledge. I would recommend him, giving him huge thumbs up.

I went in to heartland computer to have them fix my external hard drive which was not reading any of my very important files and to tune up my computer. I expressed how important these files were and how I needed my computer back as soon as possible. They stayed late to insure I received my computer back in the time I needed. They also educated me on so many things that I didn't know so I would not run into any problems again. They also downloaded a few helpful products to help my business go smoother and faster. On top of their friendly customer service, they went above and beyond and helped me with my website. I would recommend Heartland Computers to any of my friends and family.
