I love using local companies, but we wer little bummed when Ideal came out to give an estimate, looked at the work that needed to be done and said they'd be in touch...months later we are still waiting for that estimate

Had them install an HVAC systemFrom the beginning to the end Ideal was honest, trustworthy, competent, and professionalI met about different employees and all of them treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism Not only did they come in with the most competitive bid, they installed the HVAC system in daysEverything from duct work to electrical and everything in between There is a reason why this company has been around for 50+ yearsGive Ideal a shot, you will not regret it
Our neighbor suggested we include Ideal Plumbing Heating to the list of companies to consider when requesting bids The work was for heater replacement and new air conditioner Obviously they were selected and did a magnificent job including all of the duct work throughout the house (about sqft.) The work was performed in March of and they provided a full crew of very professional men who explained what they were doing every step of the way Cleaned up every day too Follinstruction to use the equipment was very complete and easy to understand Great company

Over the past years I've written several negative Yelp reviews about Ideal Plumbing, expressing displeasure with their pricing on parts and service for my own home After a period of time elapsed after I posted the latest review on Yelp, I decided to give Ideal another chance and called them for an appointment to repair a bad faucetTo my amazement, they said they will not give me service unless I change my review on Yelp! I told them I stood by my Yelp review and see no reason to change what I've written So I had to find another plumber Today I received a phone call from tenants in my rental home who informed me Ideal refused to give them service because of my bad review on Yelp Ideal knew I own that house, so my tenants were denied service because their landlord gave Ideal a negative review
Aaron from Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical Inc knew exactly how to remove my house water system pre-filter housing and did so with minimum time and effort I had been battling the chore for a week and he did it in minutes without success He even replaced the filter for me Ideal Plumbing is a "world class" business
Have used Ideal for years with outstanding results for major air conditioning and heating and plumbing Their recent price rise for yearly maintenance has caused me to go to another business
Excellent, prompt and friendly service! Our pipe burst in the middle of the night so we sent an e-mail and they called us first thing (at 7am) and had a technician here at 9am! Amazing!
Since having a new A/C and heating unit installed, we are totally pleased The installation, and followup services are excellent We will continue to use Ideal for the A/C and heating needs as well as other services offered by Ideal(electric and plumbing)
Ideal is the best local electrical, plumbing, and HVAC company I have ever dealt with They are fast, skillful, and fair The are the epitome of old-time customer service I had a flood in my home at 8Am on a Sunday Morning Called them and the owner was in my home in minjues, his crew arrived as was at work within the same hour Water was restored the same day I have several other stories from great counter service to a plumber calling to ask if the drain he cleared the previous day was still OK
As always Ideal did an excellent job for us. We just purchased a new piece of property that needed several items replaced and a new pressure regulator installed. [redacted] was on time, efficient and very knowledgeable,. We have been with Ideal for many years and always recommend them when asked for am good plumber.

I had a leak in my attic that was dripping through the ceiling I called this morning at 8am and was given an appointment the same day I got a call a while later that there was a cancellation and someone could come even earlier than originally scheduled, which was great
*** showed up and was awesome! He was able to locate the leak in the attic and fix it in no time He then replaced our pressure regulator in the garage because it was bad and had been for a while (likely contributing to the leak) It wasn't the easiest job because of how the regulator was installed into the wall But, he made it look easy and didn’t mind me hovering and asking questions
He was done with everything in just over an hour The price for everything was more than fair I am so happy to have this leak behind us so quickly and feel great about that work that was done
I would definitely recommend Ideal for anyone in need of their services
