I love using local companies, but we wer little bummed when Ideal came out to give an estimate, looked at the work that needed to be done and said they'd be in touch...months later we are still waiting for that estimate...
Over the past years I've written several negative Yelp reviews about Ideal Plumbing, expressing displeasure with their pricing on parts and service for my own home.
After a period of time elapsed after I posted the latest review on Yelp, I decided to give Ideal another chance and called them for an appointment to repair a bad faucet. To my amazement, they said they will not give me service unless I change my review on Yelp! I told them I stood by my Yelp review and see no reason to change what I've written.
So I had to find another plumber.
Today I received a phone call from tenants in my rental home who informed me Ideal refused to give them service because of my bad review on Yelp.
Ideal knew I own that house, so my tenants were denied service because their landlord gave Ideal a negative review.
Excellent, prompt and friendly service! Our pipe burst in the middle of the night so we sent an e-mail and they called us first thing (at 7am) and had a technician here at 9am! Amazing!
We were very pleased with the service that Ideal Plumbing provided us recently. The Ideal Plumbing Rep. was right on time, very pleasant, and resolved the issue quickly. We had had several visits by other firms to fix our problem but none had done so successfully.
Our old AC unit had failed and we selected 5 different companies to get a quote. Ideal Plumbing and Heating Air Electrical Inc. was selected based on their pricing and better understanding of our needs. Others wanted to replace our heater (which is working great) along with the AC. But Ideal selected the best AC to meet our needs.
Service was great, they wore booties in the house, and had the system installed, tested and up and running in a matter of a few hours. I cannot say enough about the high level of satisfaction we have had with their work. I definitely recommend Ideal for your AC needs.
Have used Ideal for 30 years with outstanding results for major air conditioning and heating and plumbing. Their recent price rise for yearly maintenance has caused me to go to another business

I had been battling the chore for a week and he did it in 10 minutes without success. He even replaced the filter for me. Ideal Plumbing is a "world class" business.
A great company! Had them install an HVAC system. From the beginning to the end Ideal was honest, trustworthy, competent, and professional. I met about 5 different employees and all of them treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Not only did they come in with the most competitive bid, they installed the HVAC system in 5 days. Everything from duct work to electrical and everything in between.
There is a reason why this company has been around for 50+ years. Give Ideal a shot, you will not regret it.
Ideal is the best local electrical, plumbing, and HVAC company I have ever dealt with. They are fast, skillful, and fair. The are the epitome of old-time customer service. I had a flood in my home at 8Am on a Sunday Morning. Called them and the owner was in my home in 25 minjues, his crew arrived as was at work within the same hour. Water was restored the same day. I have several other stories from great counter service to a plumber calling to ask if the drain he cleared the previous day was still OK.
We use Ideal for pre purchase exams for houses or leases. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. They have found lots of potential time bombs, that have saved us lots of money. Worth every penny.
And, when we need to go ahead and fix or repair, they are our go to company. Really a top notch company.
I recently completed a major upgrade of my kitchen and master bath, using Ideal to do all of the plumbing and electrical work. Since this type of upgrade is a “progression of events”, Ideal needed to return multiple times before the work was completed. I was very pleased with the quality of work and knowledge of the technicians and feel I now have a kitchen that is not only beautiful, but meets current building code requirements. I would highly recommend Ideal for any plumbing or electrical job.
I have been a customer of Ideal plumbing for 25-30 years. They are very knowledgable and have great technicians. They stand behind there work. I recommend them to people that need their service.

Every task I have had them fix has been well done and I have never had to call them back to fix the same thing shortly after the repair has been made. We have worked with Ideal on many projects including replacing our furnace & A/C , installing a tankless water heater and, most recently, installing solar panels. Their service technicians are friendly and extremely professional. They consistently "go the extra mile" to make sure the job is done right.
I have used ideal plumbing for 45 years and never had a complaint. They are always curious, professional and fix whatever needs fixing fast. They are always available closely to when I need them too.
They will also give me information that I need even if it's not with ideal.
