The contractor accepted responsibility for the minor deviations from the original bid that arose during the jobEach day they left the house in outstanding condition, better than when they arrived that dayThe workmen were courteous and concerned for our welfare
I have been using Ideal Plumbing, Heating & Electrical for over years and never had a bad service representative or a bad job in all that time From the office staff and their concern and interest in your problem, to all the service men who've been in my home, there's never been a bad experience
In April Ideal Plumbing Heating Air and Electrical replaced our furnace and installed a new HVAC system with ductwork The weather hasn't provided us opportunity to test the new system fully, but we were pleased with the service, workmanship, and price At our very first contact we were informed that we could save significant amounts by waiting for off season discounts Of the estimates we received, Ideal's was the only one where the cost of permits required by the city were included in the cost and not optional It also included Manual J testingIdeal's estimator was the only one to tell us about California Energy Upgrade Rebates With all the rebates, which required a lot of testing and paperwork on the part of Ideal, we were able to get a very efficient system for not much more than less efficient systems
Ideal's workmen were professional, cleaned up after themselves, didn't use bad language, seemed to work well together, found solutions to the problems in my quirky old house
We have been doing business with Ideal for many many years and will continue our relationship with themExcellent customer service and great service techsWe will use them to remodel our kitchen and bath in the near futureAlso, everyone in our neighborhood use themAnd they are located in our nearby shopping center
have used Ideal for years absolutely would not have any other company service my house
owners are actively engaged in the day-to-day of the business
employees are the best in their respective fields
I can always trust their opinion regarding any work needed

*** came out to put a new handle on my toiletHe had come out several months earlier to do the other toiletHe also cleaned the drain in my one bathroom that was running slowlyHe did a terrific and efficient jobHe was friendly and knew exactly what needed to be doneHe was so competent that I called Ideal to have him put on my list of service people that I would like back again to fix plumbing problems
Office person took my request. They confirmed window of service as well as letting me know when employee enroute to my house.
Plumber polite, very familiar with work needed. No mess. Wore "booties" to cover work shoes.
Those two items are important to me.
Our neighbor suggested we include Ideal Plumbing Heating to the list of companies to consider when requesting bids. The work was for heater replacement and new air conditioner. Obviously they were selected and did a magnificent job including all of the duct work throughout the house (about 2500 sq. ft.). The work was performed in March of 2016 and they provided a full crew of very professional men who explained what they were doing every step of the way. Cleaned up every day too. Follow-up instruction to use the equipment was very complete and easy to understand. Great company.
Since having a new A/C and heating unit installed, we are totally pleased. The installation, and followup services are excellent. We will continue to use Ideal for the A/C and heating needs as well as other services offered by Ideal. (electric and plumbing).
