We bought a timeshare four years agoIn the beginning all was nice, until we were sold a "necessary upgrade", and we started realizing things were not as they have led us to believeI also found out through travel sites, that anybody could enjoy a week at the same.resort for the same money it'll cost the owners, but without the monthly "mortgage"or the maintenance fees we payWhen I became disable and our income was reduced considerably, we couldn't rent it or sell it, like they tell you in the presentation We felt vulnerable and totally taken advantage off I was skeptical about Helping Timeshare Owners being able to help us get out of that contract, but they did!! They explained the process, our rights,, our obligations, and they Gave us a nine months time frame for us to see resultsLess than five months later we received a letter from the timeshare company that our contract was cancelledChelsea, our counselor, followed up our case closely, and was always available to answer my questions in a professional and courteous mannerI am very thankful and happy with the resultsI will recommend them in a heartbeat

To whom it may concern Margaret and I bought our first and only time share in After a short time we learned of the "deed in perpetuity clause" in the boiler plate The clause caused us a lot of concern and we began to attempt to sell, as we did not like the idea of our children being burdened with financial responsibilities with which they had nothing to do with The reason being if something like an accident or illness could remove us from this earth and the time share would be placed in our estate and make our children owners even though their names were not on the deed.After being scammed once for approximately $(not a great amount) you feel differently when you get nothing in returnWe also attended many presentations from companies who wanted thousands of dollars (5-8)K to get us out of our time share ownership We even tried selling/giving it back to the owners of the time share but they did not want it backFinally, by divine providence, we met MrTom D*** of *** and we felt confident that he was a truthful and upstanding gentleman also a good Christian person Everything he told us proved to be true He also said if his company did not sell our unit within six months they would refund our feeSure enough, it was gone in five months Thank you MrD***! My experience with help for time share owners was positive overall The people I dealt with over the phone were kind, understanding of my situation, and extremely helpful This company was able to force the time share resort that I had two contracts with, to cancel both contracts They saved me thousands of dollars based on the high interest loan papers I had signed and the endless monthly fees for maintenance expenses I did have to pay what I thought was quite a bit of money to them, however, when I think about all the monies they saved me from paying in the future, it was worth it Once my case manager began writing letters to the resort, LOTS HAPPENED Within two months I had my contracts cancelled These people will work with you and help you any way they can to get out of these unethical contracts I definitely recommend this company

I contacted Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC in hopes I could get resolution on having my timeshare deeded back to the resort, Oak Plantation in Florida. We purchased the timeshare on our honeymoon, and like many people, was lead to beleive the purchase was a great deal. The resort over the years became very run down and was not worth the money I had to pay yearly. I had recently been sent papers from the resort requesting I sign a Quit Claim Deed to allow me to switch my unit. At this time, I contacted Helping Timeshare Owners to see if they could assist with getting me out of the timeshare contract. I was very reluctant to work with anyone due to being taken numerous times by other companies stating they could help me get out of my timeshare. I initially worked with [redacted] who set me up with a case specialist named [redacted] Within 5 months, they were able to get me out of the timeshare contract by having it deeded back to the resort. Lesly stayed in frequent contact with me and helped me handle the necessary paperwork to ensure my credit was not impacted and to ensure the proper notifications were going to the resort. I did pay a fee for the service, however, the fee was minimal in comparison to the yearly fees I had to pay towards the resort and the fees I have paid other companies to get out of this timeshare.

I would recommend this company to anyone fighting the same type of issues I had.

I am amazingly impressed although I was NOT at first...ONLY because we had been screwed by those freakin' Time Share people in Las Vegas!!!
I took my time to find someone to assist and read reviews about them and I felt really good about them, PLUS, there was a money back guarantee benefit as well as they worked with you on payment arrangements.
They really go into their job and did/do it well.
We started our dispute with the Time Share in Aug 2014 and they had it resolved by April 2015, which was our 1yr we would've had the Time Share. WE PAID NOTHING TO THE TIME SHARE AT ALL, dispite of the threating and scarey letters and other tactics.
What a relief and how AMAZING, friendly and extremely professional they all are.

Natalia P[redacted] helped us a great deal. We had stopped paying our [redacted] Resort Timeshare, had been contacting them monthly requesting a Mutual Release because of financial difficulties and [redacted]'s blantant lies (sold an Ambassador suite in FL where they only had Presidential), after almost 2 yrs, [redacted] filed a Foreclosure against us and even though we could not afford an attorney, Help4TimeshareOwners - particularly Natalia, offered advised on legal documents that we should file. After about a week after filing our "Answer" along with evidence of their lies, and her link to [redacted] (stating from their own mouths that they do not usually foreclose, but prefer to have the consumer sign back over the Deed and that the timeshare companies have a monoply on the timeshare market-owners can't sell or rent them), we feel it really convinced their lawyer to advise them to just have us sign the Mutual Release and the BOI Deed(along with a Confidentiality Agreement - which we did not sign or return to them). So, yesterday, we received an email from the FL Court (we live out of state) that their attorney filed a "Notice of Dropping Party".

We are so happy that our prayers along with the help from Natalia and Help4TSO...You CAN FIGHT AND WIN even without an attorney!
