2007 I called [redacted] resort intending to sell our timeshares, and was told all these wonderful things about renting my time share .we paid a fee for the company to sell our Timeshares. I was told numerous times that they would be selling it very shortly. This is a legitimate company, I was frauds by two other companies and Helping Timeshare Owners was my last hope before I gave up. Saby and Miranda held my hand and not only got rid of my timeshare but also took them off of my credit report. I was denied credit and could not buy a home. Thank God for them two and Helping Timshare Owners. If you lean on them and follow up with the paperwork they ask for it is true they guarantee to get rid of your timeshare.

Service was great. Always available and helpful. Answered all my questions. Did what they promised to do and did it very quickly. Appreciate the service and will recommend them to others looking to cancel a timeshare. Very pleased.

My husband and I recently got caught up in a time share pitch with [redacted] which after we signed all the papers decided it was not for us. After reviewing the paperwork, and thinking back on the presentation, we realized there was a lot of suspect and inconsistent information presented by the [redacted] personnel and we did not feel comfortable going forward with what we initially thought was a great deal. We did not think we had any options and I especially became quite distraught over what we had done. A quick search online brought up a link to 'Helping Timeshare Owners' which included a reference to a 7 day rescission option that made us look at this link in particular. We left our email and cell phone number at the site, and received a call first thing the next morning (6am since we were in Hawaii) from Natalia who provided immediate and relevant information about our legal right to have the contract cancelled within a seven day rescission period, and step by step advice on what to do. Natalia was extremely re-assuring and patient while I explained our situation, and within an hour, she had sent us a letter of rescission she had drafted for us to help with the process. She indicated up front she was very glad to help us and that there would be no cost, which I couldn't believe, since her advice was invaluable. We followed Natalia's advice and were successful rescinding the agreement by presenting the letter and other information to [redacted], just as Natalia had directed us to do. We now expect a full refund of the deposit we had made to [redacted] and are relieved that we are out of this situation. Natalia was wonderful and we are extremely grateful for her help. After our experience with what we believe was a totally coordinated con job, we are relieved that there are good people in this world like Natalia and her company.

My experience with Helping Timeshare Owners was very positive. While I felt at times I didn't know what to do, they were very diligent about guiding me through the process and what to expect. I know there are a few complaints on this company, but quite frankly, I'm very thankful I went with them. They tell you up front if they can help you or not. No smoke and mirrors. Most importantly, they did what they said they would doget me from under that terrible timeshare contract. If you are on the fence about this company, I recommend giving them a call; trust me, you will fare better in the long run.

The type of customer service and experiences with H4TSO is unspeakable. From the moment we spoke to Priscilla and her team we knew we connected with the right company and a rewarding relationship was formed. They were responsive, understanding, and displayed integrity to the highest levels you could imagine.

Just under a year ago I contacted Timehare Owners for help to repair my credit after it had taken a 300 point plunge as a result of me working to get relief from my timeshare. This was devastating at first as I have always worked hard to keep a clean credit report and high score.
I was paired with Priscilla G., and she quickly began answering questions for me, and helping me get set up for her and her team to work to repair my credit. In the beginning I was pretty worried due to the drastic fall in my score, but after a couple of months I could begin to see my credit score making small positive changes. After about 9 months, I noticed that there were no more bad reports on my credit report and my score had return to what it was prior to it taking the fall.

I would highly recommend this company in helping you get out of your timeshare. Both Saby & Chelsea went out of their way to keep us informed on what was going on during the whole process. I wish we could have recouped some of our money we had invested, but that didn't happen and at least we are out of the deal for good.

He provided helpful info especially that we should ask for an email or letter confirming [redacted] offer to us for us to payoff our loan that we would no longer be responsible for the membership and annual dues.
