Hello everyone, my interaction with Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC (Headquarters) was better that I thought, to be completely honest when at very first I spoke with a girl called Saby I felt very confident on how she explained a timeshare works and how I could get out from mine particularly, I really felt that get out from my Timeshare was possible, but when I hang up I started to think, is it possible that I will be able to cancel my Timeshare with her help considering that I don't even know her at all and now I will pay for her service?, am I going to be cheated again once more?.
Saby asked me for the Timeshare contract and five days later I received my first Dispute Letter and some instructions. She didn't guaranteed a refund of the down payment that I paid to the Timeshare but she guaranteed my contract termination in about one year or less. Obviously my timeshare refuse to cancel my contract at first and Saby had told me about that, but at the fifth Dispute Letter and 8 months later fighting them I finally could get my contract termination letter from my Timeshare on my e-mail, as I said at first I was a bit unsure about a girl that I didn't know, but I definitely found a professional and serious Timeshare agent.
Every single time that I tried to contact to Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC (Headquarters) a secretary of her tried to answer my questions and worries, that definitely gave me even more confidence on them.
Saby not only helped me to cancel my Timeshare contract but gave me peace of mind because sometimes I couldn't sleep at all because of thinking about that Timeshare scam contract. I have no idea how it would be my life if I hadn't found and hired right and professional help.

Cada vez que he tratado de contactar a Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC (Headquarters) un secretario de ellos trataba de responder a mis preguntas y preocupaciones, que sin duda me dio aún más confianza en ellos.
Saby no sólo me ayudó a cancelar mi contrato de tiempo compartido, pero me dio la paz de la mente, porque a veces no podía dormir en absoluto debido a pensar en que el contrato de estafa que me vendieron. No tengo idea de cómo sería mi vida si no hubiera encontrado una ayuda profesional.

Getting in contact with this company was a very great help to us. They helped us to get free from a contract that had been grossly misrepresented to us and in circumstances where we were pressured to make the commitment.

I would like to share my experience of working with Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC. When I fist realized we needed help with dealing with the problems we were experiencing with a Timeshare I was real skeptical about the different companies I read that claim to help people with Timeshare issues. When we decided to go with a company we turned it over to them for them to guide us to the resolution that we sought. In this case a few months after the purchase we discovered we were told things that were just not true or correct. We basically wanted to cancel the whole thing and they would not let us. We first turned things over to a company called [redacted] After working with them for several months the specialist that was working on our case just left. In doing so put the company in an awkward position. They needed help in handling the workload she left so they explained what had happened and asked us if they could turn our case over to Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC. They were very confident that this company would serve us well. Working with [redacted] was a good experience in itself but I have nothing but good to say about the folks with Helping Timeshare Owners, LLC. From the time they received our paperwork until now has exceeded every expectation that I had at the beginning of the process. Everything they told me was going to happen has happened just they way they said it would. The timeshare has been turned back to the original timeshare company and our credit rating is excellent in all three categories. The professional way that Helping Timeshare Owners staff handled our need was and still is a blessing to us. I would recommend this company to anyone who has found themselves trying to figure out how they will ever resolve an issue of getting rid of the problems of a timeshare. It's been quite a process and we're not completely out of the woods yet, but it looks like Help4TSO has rid ourselves of the costly time share that we had.
