I received a second order that I did not request.
After the first order I sent email to cancel any further orders. A few months later I received another order with an $89 charge to my card. I called and re-asserted my desire to cancel. I was given return info, and credited $35 to my card and the balance to be credited on return. I got the RMA# needed for the return and mailed it. I have confirmation they did receive the return May 16, 2020. I tried calling for update on my remaining refund. The phone number cuts you off without giving you someone to talk to. There does not seem to be any other way of contacting this company!!

Unable to receive return of $179.65 for product never received.

On 12-30-19 I ordered samples of HV product shown in online ad. S&H cost of $13.97 charged to debit card. Package received and not opened. On 1-26, I became aware that I was charged a$179.65 for additional product. I contacted HV and advised that sample was being returned. USPS confirmed that it was received by HV on 2-8. Meanwhile, on 1-26 cancellation of order was confirmed by email and I was advised that checks would be sent with 7-10 days.

On 4-10, I again contacted HV and was advised that return of funds had been approved and check would be sent within 7-10 days. Again on 4-30, I received the same run around and still no checks.

For three days this week I tried to reach HV by phone and was unable to connect using 4 different phone numbers. Today, I reached customer service on a fifth number and spent 46 minutes getting another run around with finally their operator disconnecting the call.

To assure no future unauthorized charged I had my debit card cancelled and reissued.

Hemp Vive solicitation offered trial samples of CBD oil & CBD gummies for about $6.90 per item, no mention of ongoing charges to my credit card.
Hemp Vive ad said Tiger Woods & Phil Mickelson wanted me to try THEIR remedy for relieving aches & pains. A sample bottle of CBD oil would cost $6.95, sample bottle of CBD gummies $6.97, free shipping. I agreed, gave them my information, received my samples that did nothing to help with my aches & pains as was advertised. Nowhere in the ad was it mentioned I was authorizing monthly charges to my credit card of $89.73 & $89.92. They had made 2 months of charges before I caught them, with absolutely no further shipment of product. I have contested the bogus charges with Citi Card, but they say since I gave my information they can't claw back these charges. I am old & retired on a fixed income-there's no way I would have agreed to monthly charges on my credit card, even if this had been the wonder drug they advertised it to be. I see on your web page I'm not the only one that has been ripped off by these scoundrels. I've tried getting touch with this company but their phone # stays busy constantly. Thank you.

Hemp Vive charged $359.30 to my Citi Mastercard that I would like refunded.

The commitment to a "subscription" should posted beyond the TOC, and the fraudulent use of celebrity names should be subject to litigation.
Two complaints: 1) Knowing that not many people read the Terms of Agreement, the commitment to a subscription and future charges should be spelled out very clearly right from the start of the ads, and 2) on behalf of Paul Newman and numerous other celebrities, the fuse of their name is protected, fraudulent, and should be stopped.

Desired Outcome

This business is collecting a large number of complaints. I understand the details of the trial purchase, and the fact that future charges will be applied if the company is not notified within a certain period of time (short as it is), so my complaint is more of an issue of fairness. I would like to see an investigation of the products themselves, due to complaints about their effectiveness, and I would think that as a moral issue, using Mr. Newman's name (and others) is not something to be proud of. There are legal issues on that point as well.

Auto charge appeared on my VISA bill ( over $180 )for product I did not order or rec'v and I am disputting the charges w/VISA CARD.
Ordered a trail sample of CBD oil and gummies from a FACEBOOK advertisement for cost of shipping ($5-7 each) in Feb. Rec'd these and was charged for shipping. Today I've get my VISA statement showing a charges ($89.73 & $89.92) from a 3/17 charge from HempVive of Florida. Tried calling them could not reach them and when I called a 2nd time I was waiting in que for assistance and they hung-up on me. I have not been successful in contacting HempVive to discuss and cancel what appears to be a monthly order of their products that I did not approve nor do I want. I have at the suggestion of VISA CARD submitted a claim to not pay.

And finally some action to prevent this company from advertise desciptively sample/trail products and then automatically charging customer for product. I know it is a buyer beware world we live in.....but many of us senior citizens are in pain and looking for a product that would ease that pain and unfortunantly fall for this SCAM.

$89.73 was charged to my Bank of Amer credit card on Jan 21, 2020 that was not ordered or authorized by me.I have called 13 times requesting a refund
Charged to my Bank of America credit card with no authorization by me on Jan 21, 2020. ($89.73) I have called 13 times and talked to an agent and 5 different supervisors requesting a refund. All have said they emailed the billing dept to refund the erroneously charged amount.The latest call was April 17, 2020. I still have not received word of my refund. This definitely fraud on Hempviv' part, Don't know what to do next !

Have not received an E Check as the company said they would as a one time courtesy, Cannot even get thru to the phone # listed to talk to some one about the refund. Signed up for a free trial of two products. Nowhere they indicated that I had to cancel within a certain time period nor did they send me a phone number to do so. I am now being charged $89 twice on my credit card. I have reported them to my credit card and they will investigate I also tried to contact the company directly but with out any success.

The person on phone said that they could only give me back $49.00 out of my $89.98 dollars that I paid I told them on the phone last month to stop sending me this item and then they charged me again $89.98 . All I want is my full payment back.

Products were ordered, cancellation made within time allowed, products returned, and company will not process refund.
On 12/28/19 I took advantage of "trial offer" of Hempvive CBD oil and gummies online. Order was received. I tried the product and found it to be ineffective. Terms and conditions on website said that cancellation must be made within 17 days. On 1/6/20 (9 days after the order date) my wife called and talked to Haley. Haley said she would cancel the order and gave her cancellation *** Haley said she would send a cancellation email but never did. On 2/10/20, I received my credit card statement and saw charges from Hempvive for $89.92 and 89.73 that were posted on 1/14/20 (5 days after the cancellation call to Haley). I am hard of hearing, so again my wife called Hempvive at 888-281-9122. After being disconnected 5 times, on the 6th try she was able to talk to a young man who argued with her about the cancellation of the product. When my wife told him that Haley had cancelled the order and we had a cancellation number, he disconnected her. That same day I received emails from Hempvive cancelling the order as of 2/10/20 (beyond the 17 days they allowed). By this time I had seen the other bad reviews on Revdex.com for this company, so I initiated a dispute with my credit card company on 2/10/20. On 3/9/20 the credit card company denied the dispute because I had no documentation that the cancellation was made within the 17 days. All I had was Haley's name and a cancellation number - not enough evidently. On 3/16/20 I wrote a detailed letter of the issue and sent it with an appeal to the credit card company. Again they denied the dispute because there was no documentation of the cancellation and said that I would need to resolve the issue with the merchant. The credit card company sent me documentation from Hempvive asserting that I had stolen the product because I did not return it. It had never been mentioned that the "trial offer" product was to be returned if not satisfied. Therefore, on 3/18/20 I returned the products, one of which had never been opened, to Hempvive at Natural Grow RX, PO Box 15911, Tampa, FL 33684. I included a letter requesting a refund. The package was delivered to the PO box on 3/21/20. I waited 2+ weeks for a response or refund. When none was received and on 4/6/20 my wife again called Hempvive. She spoke first to Zoe, who told her that since I had filed a dispute with the credit card company, a refund could not be issued. My wife asked to speak to a supervisor, who told her the same thing. She asked "so you have my money and you have your product returned and you will not issue a refund?" The supervisor told her No they would not issue a refund under any circumstances. This is unheard of. It was their mistake that there was no documentation of the cancellation, which is why this dispute was denied by the credit card company in the first place. I have never dealt with a more unethical company in all my days.

The product was cancelled within the allowed time frame. It was the merchant who made the mistake of not issuing cancellation documentation. The products have been returned and received be the merchant, mostly unused. Hempvive has both their returned products and my money. A refund needs to be issued to my credit card for both amounts charged, $89.92 and $89.73.

Hempvive states 2 reasons for not processing a refund, both of which are invalid. First they state that no cancellation call was received by them by the cancellation deadline of 1/13/20. A cancellation call was made on 1/6/20 in which we spoke to Haley and she gave us the cancellation number of *** Haley said she would process the cancellation and send us an email to that effect. She did neither. This was a mistake made by a Hempvive employee, and Hempvive needs to stand up and take responsibility. The fact that this cancellation was not processed is not on us. It is Hempvive's responsibility to track and process their own cancellations. We complied with their terms and conditions by placing the cancellation call within the specified time limit. It is their negligence that the cancellation was not processed. Hempvive did process a cancellation when we called a second time after seeing the charges appear on our credit card statement on 2/10/20. Of course, this is the date they use for the cancellation call, not the first one on 1/6/20; obviously, to their advantage, since 2/10/20 is beyond the 1/13/20 cancellation deadline.

Second, they state that a refund cannot be processed because a dispute was initiated with our credit card company. My question is WHY NOT? I have spoken to the credit card company, and they have assured me that if Hempvive were to submit a refund(s), they would accept it. It makes no difference to them whether a charge has been disputed or not. This claim is invalid. In fact, the credit card company is in the process of re-opening the dispute - not at our request. They reviewed the facts related to the charges and deemed it necessary to reopen the dispute.

In summary, we have complied with Hempvive's cancellation requirements, the products have been return to and received by Hempvive/Natural Grow RX in Tampa, FL, and the credit card company will accept any refunds submitted. Hempvive has both our money and their products. Our credit card account needs to be refunded the charges of $89.92 and $89.73. In one communication Hempvive accused us of stealing from them. Well, I submit that they have now stolen a total of $179.65 from us.

The answer to this business' proposed resolution is both yes and no. Yes, we are happy to see that they are willing to process a refund. No, we have not been issued a refund, or credit by the credit card company; and the dispute has been closed. Recently the credit card company said they were going to reopen the dispute but then we received letters a few days ago stating that the disputes were closed. Those letters are attached.

I do not understand Hempvive's concern that we might be receiving a double refund. When the dispute was initiated the credit card company put a conditional hold on those charges. Later when the dispute was initially closed, those holds were removed and the charges were applied to our account. Both charges, $89.73 and $89.72, have been paid by us to our credit card company. No refunds or credits have been issued to us.

Please process refunds for the above amounts as soon as possible. If more information or documentation is required, please let us know. Thank you.

This is a simple ditto to what everyone else has said. Total scam followed by pure thievery.

I placed an order for a free trial size CBD Oil, shipping costs only. Received 2, charged twice, then two weeks later account debited $90 for each.
I placed an order (#***) on 1/7/20 with NaturalGrowRx for a free trial size bottle of CBD Oil, shipping costs of $6.95 only. When I "placed" my order, a second bottle of CBD Gummies was added for $6.97. I tried to go back to my order to delete the gummies that I didn't want, and there was no way to do that. My account was debited twice for the shipping costs for both. We had an emergency 1500 miles away and immediately left town. On 1/9/20 I was notified that the product shipped. I called and asked them not to ship as I was not home. I was told it had shipped already. I asked HOW they shipped it as it could sit in a hot florida mailbox for weeks and be ruined! They couldn't tell me. On 1/16/20 I was notified the product was delivered to my mailbox at 10:30am. On 1/24/20 my account was debited $89.73 and $89.92 by a company whose name I did not recognize, KetoFit. There was no phone number or identifying information so I phoned by bank right away and explained my account had been compromised. The bank canceled my debit card immediately and issued me a new card so no more charges could be debited with the old number. My bank had to research who this company was and get me a phone number as I had no idea. The bank explained they could dispute the charges for me, which I gladly accepted. When I returned home on 2/1/20 (25 days after order placed) I found nothing in the mailbox, but a box being held at the post office with my mail. I opened the box, found 2 bottles, no packing slip, no Invoice, no directions, no return label. Nothing! Being that there were 2 debits from my account on two occassions, my bank and I were able to figure out the trial size bottles of CBD were from the same company. My bank sent me a letter with documents they received from the company KetoFit showing that they had all my information, & I had pushed a button to place the order, plus pushed a button agreeing to their terms (14 day trial from day shipped, and a subscription for more). They would not return my money. The supporting documents they sent to my bank, was nothing that I ever saw. They sent a picture of KetoFit, not the CBD oil I ordered. So they supplied my bank with fraudelent paperwork, in which my bank based it's decision on as to whether it could help me or not. I then phoned the company with the number my bank supplied me. I offered to return the product, as being a Disabled Senior Citizen I would NEVER buy a $90 bottle of anything, let alone 2!! I never saw any "Terms" of 14 days to return (of which I hadn't even received by then since I was out of town!) Nor did I see ANYthing that remotely resembled a subscription as if I had I would never, ever have ordered! Plus! I asked them how they could get away with supplying my bank with false information? They informed me that because I had disputed the charges with my bank, they closed my account and could NOT refund my money. I had to deal with my bank who said according to their guidelines, they could not perform a chargeback as I agreed to KetoFit's "terms", of which I never saw and they falsely supplied my bank with a page from some other prodect I never saw, so I am out $180!! In conclusion, 1. I only ordered 1 trial bottle of CBD oil, but they sent and charged me for two! 2. They had no idea how they shipped the product but later supplied a tracking number 3.Package had NO identifying information 4. They then charged my account ~ $180 that I did not and never would agree to! 5. Then they refused to take the Oil back and refund my money, even when I said I was a Senior Citizen without the means to pay for it!! They have all the angles covered, ex: false supporting paperwork of a product internet page that has nothing to do with what I saw or ordered! I want my money back please!! They are scammers! $90 for a 1 oz trial size?

There were no such pages/pictures such as those supplied to my bank I saw nothing like that as I did not order KetoFit, I ordered from NatarulGrowRx Every move they have made, I believe was deceptive and fraud. I did agree to pay shipping for 1 bottle. Again, nowhere did it say if you buy one you MUST buy two however, that is what their customer service told me. She said me. They said they always send 2. I don't care, I'll pay the $6 shipping if I can't return it. Their representative told me "Oh Honey, you can just keep that"!! But they are keeping my money! I want it returned. The whole thing, starting from no phone number on my bank debit that no one can find out who they are, to shipping 2 bottles when people order #1, To not being obvious that this is a subscription, or that you must return in 14 days, to deducting $90 X 2 in 2 weeks, is all a scam to me! They have my Social Security and I want it back!

I do not accept their response because they have all the angles to get out of returning my money. When I was notified the product shipped, I called them immediately and asked them not to ship because I had an emergency and had to leave town. They stated it had already shipped. I was not home to receive it within their 14 days from shipment rule, that I knew nothing about. I was going to try to contact the shipper, but this company had no idea who they shipped it with! So it was delivered to the Post Office and held with the rest of my mail, as directed, as I was away. They sent confirmation that they had delivered to my mailbox??? But they hadn't. Every single thing this company, NaturalGrow RX, did was fraudulent. I never saw any Terms and Conditions on the page and have to assume that there weren't any. I say that because when my bank researched who it was that debited my bank account $89.00 twice, as I didn't recognize the name of KetoFit, and there was no identifying information with the debit, nor did I recognize the dollar amount debited from my account, so my bank had to research it. My bank was provided with Term and Conditions from a company called KetoFit, not NaturalGrow Rx whom I had ordered from. They also included a picture of canned KetoFit which was nothing remotely like what I ordered. Because this company KetoFit supplied my bank with Terms And Conditions, my bank states that they cannot chargeback my money and return it to me, according to Mastercard rules and regulations. They told me to call NateralGrow Rx again and try to settle with them, but all NataralGrow Rx will say is that because I went to my bank (which I absolutely had to, because I knew I never ordered anything from Keto therefore, had no idea how to contact them or how they got in to my bank account) they could not refund my money.Since I knew I never ordered $89 twice from ANYBODY, I had to ask my bank to help me. They have taken advantage of a Senior Citizen. I told them not to ship the product because I had to leave town for an emergency. Then they supply my bank with Terms and Conditions from another company name, and a picture of a product I never saw, nor did I order it. They are scammers and the information they supplied my bank was fraudulent. My bank can do nothing more since they have the Terms and Conditions, even though those Terms were on the page of another company and another product. I also reported them to Mastercard, who is unable to reverse the sale because it is a consumable product. So my bank says to talk to NaturalGrow RX, but NaturalGrow Rx says I MIGHT get a chargebank from my bank (which I explained they can't and have instructed me to talk with them) therefore, they won't talk with me. Being a Senior Citizen, I am unable to afford the $89 for 1 bottle, let alone 2 bottles!! This is absolutely a scam and a fraudulent company. I offered to return the product and they won't take it because it was after the 14 days mentioned in their Terms & Conditions for some other product, plus I hadn't even received it for 25 days!! How could I return it in 14? This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY CBD OIL from any On-Line company!!!! They were very rude, and just kept repeating "because I went through my bank disputing the charge, they could not refund my money". BUT I DID NOT KNOW WHO THEY WERE AND I KNEW I NEVER APPROVED ANY DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT FROM A COMPANY CALLED KETO-FIT!!!! I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO CONTACT MY BANK!!! Refund my money! A "Trial" bottle is not a 1 oz. bottle for $89 !!! SCAMMERS! I HOPE THEY DO NOT GET ANOTHER CHANCE TO SCAM ANYONE< ESPECIALLY A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN!!!

We may be able to refund once the dispute has been confirmed withdrawn by your bank. It can still take 60-75 days for the dispute to be closed and the funds returned.

Only when this happens can we process a refund. Since the dispute itself has already refunded you, we suggest you to await your bank's advise instead of going through the lengthy process of withdrawal and dispute finalization.

Saw ad on internet about CBS oil and gummies by just paying for shipping of 6.95 and 6.97. They charged me 89.73 and 89.92 I did not agree to.
On 12/30/2019 I ordered CBS gummies and oil for shipping only of 6.97 and 6.95 only. Saw my bank statement on 2/05/2020 that I was charged 89.73 and 89.92 which I never agreed to. I called the number on my bank statement where I talked to a Connie at 833-838-9076. I told her that charged me 89.73 and 89.92 she said she would credit me for 60.00 and send me a check for 60.00 which I never received that was on 2/06/2020. I want my full amount of 119.65 back. This Company is truly fraudulent in all of its operations. I called them at least 4 times with no resolve. This Company should be put out of business.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Hempvive CBD Oil and Hempvive CBD Gummies, if you do not call to cancel and return the products.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 12/30/19 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.95 and $6.97. Your trial ended on 01/16/2020, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.

I see that Hempvive word is as useless as their product. This is the second time that they said they would refund money and they have not. I hope the Florida Attorney general's office investigates them and shuts them down.

natural grow RX took out of my card 89.92 $90.73 on 01-07-20 they again the same on 02-07-20 I did not order then on 03-01-20 and o2 again 03 they called me said I was going to be billed for 299.00 at first I got my order just pay shipping with was6.97 but they billed me 13.92 that all I order from them (6.97) can you help me thanks

Scam & Fraud company!!!! Tried the free sample offer and wound up being charged again and again on the credit card that I used for free sample shipping. Calling their 3rd party obnoxious customer service is total waste of time. I had to completely cancel my credit card to stop them from unauthorized monthly charges.
In retrospect "shame on me" for falling for this sham. Stay away!!!!!!
BTW: I did receive the free sample and doesn't do anything more then an Tylenol does. Nothing.
