Ordered trial gummies and oil. 11/13 per site shipping only charge 6.95/product to debit card. Per site 30 days to cancel. 11/30 acct charged 2x $89. Called Rep ***,stated the charge was for shipping on14 days trial. 30 days per website.14days trial is NOT noted to cancel, from trial end. Bogus site details rude CS.advised not to contact my bank. Really? Offered partial refund to settle and claimed to cancel subscription. Not acceptable for $180 taken
Full refund did not have ample time to see if product actually worked before they took more money.

Ordered 2 products for shipping charges only. Debit card charged approximately $14. Yesterday my credit union alerted me to an 89.92 charge and an attempted 100.00 debit. My debit card was closed by my CU. This is a sham company and they operate in sham practices.
I'd like my money back. No further debits can be made by them because the debit card has been closed.
The company sent three separate emails (Dec 14) stating the services were being canceled. They sent an additional email saying a $6 refund would be issued.
I won't get the refund, and that's okay; my bank canceled the card used when the $89.98 charge posted. The case is considered resolved from my vantage point, my bank recouped the $89.98.

HempVive refunded the charges.
I was scammed when I ordered two hempvive products. The free samples turned out to be a monthly $90 charge unless cancelled. False CC charges.
In October I purchased two Hempvive prouducts. A CBD oil bottle and similar CBD product using a gummies. The products were advertised as "Free Sample". This was a scam! There were hidden monthly charges unless I called to cancel the product every month. I filed fraud charges thru my bank.
Stop monthly charging to my credit card of about $89 a month.
These are scammers! They are not going to respond or provide any serious customer care. They bill me 3x for about $90. I received one allegedly free sample of two products. The first time they refunded my money. The latest charges on November 4 and December 4. IOW never received any products in those 2 months. I called the number on my bank statement for a company now called YouthLifeDetox at phone 1-877-200-8494. I called and they played stupid and eventually hung up on me without refusing the last so charged. I never received products in those last 2 months. I can't return what I did not received. They are thieves and scammers.
UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO CREDIT CARD.
SIMILAR AS COMPLAINTS, ON JUNE12,AND JULY 1 2019. I ODERED A 6.95 SAMPLE, FROM AN AD AND NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT OTHER SHIPMENTS...... ON SEPT.29 THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR ANOTHER SHIPMENT O 89.92,. AND FORTUNATELY MY BANK CALLED FOR AUTHORIZATION, AND I, OF COURSE DECLINED THE CHARGE. EVIDENTLY THIS COMPANY HAS DONE THE SAME SERVERAL TIMES.. MY BANK REFUSED THE CHARGE TODAY. CAN NOT FIND PHONE TO CALL THIS COMPANY.
SEE IF THE COMPANY CAN BE STOPPED FROM THIS ,AS SEVERAL HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.
I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY HAVE ISSUED CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARDS FOR BOTH CHARGES OF 89.92 AND 89.73. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP....

Ordered it online. Never said anything about a membership or anythin . Suddenly get an alert about an 89 dollar charge on my card. Which I blocked.
Purchased cbd oil for cost of shipping. June 2019. Never mentioned anywhere about a trial or membershi .
Advertise correctly
I paid shipping only on a couple of sale products - CBD gummies and CBD oil. The company turned around and stole my debit card information and tried to use it to purchase other items. I know it was the company because of what the fraudulent charge was.
My confirmation email for my order came from [email protected].
I was alerted this morning that "Maxslimketo Nokomis Fl 1" tried to use my debit card for a purchase in the amount of $89.92. I absolutely did not make this purchase.
I called the company to confront them about stealing my debit card. After I made my allegation, the customer service representative hung up on me. I sent them an email letting them know I was reporting them for fraud.

No settlement requested - for This company is a fraud. They steal customers information and that doesn't seem right. Looking more closely at their website, I now notice they don't even have a business address. This is obviously my oversight. But you can still go to their website hempvive.net and purchase CBD products. It appears this same company also runs ketoslimmax.com. The website is very similar - no address information for the business.
