It started from a Facebook ad , hempvive cbd oil, I clicked interested button , took me to order page and clicked one bottle of oil for $6.95 shipping and processing. I took a screenshot of that page ( said "saved") but couldn't find it later but did find saved second screenshot listing two items , CBD oil and gummies in which I didn't notice the second item because I was concentrating on taking the screenshot. Nowhere was anything explained or stated that it was a 14 day trial unless unsubscribed you will be charged $89.+change for each product that was shipped to you. I first emailed the company and explained about the extra item and charge and they stated they wanted screenshot first which I only found the second one. A couple days later I received a fraudulent charge alert from card company and notified them of the problem, which they put a block on my account and said the one $89.+ charge was declined and advised me to call hempvive to cancel subscription to avoid future attempts of charges. Called hempvive, cancelled subscription, but they still want to charge me $89+ each for two items that the one I ordered I hadn't tried to see if it worked or not...but the one I didn't ordered looked short in quantity and I removed the cap and the seal wasn't hardly sealed properly so I dumped out the bottle into a bowl and counted. There was only 27 of the advertised 30 on label. They want me to return each bottle and pay to ship it is on me because I didn't cancel within 14 days which I explained to the representative it never stated of the subscription...just a free bottle of CBD oil and you pay for shipping. When they sent the items there was no invoice, just a packing slip which had no costs , so I thought maybe they shipped the gummies for free hoping I liked them I would order more. There was no phone number on slip to call to inquire about the extra gummies. Why am I still going to get charged for the products they sent me to try when I paid for the free bottle to be shipped and they sent another bottle of a different product to try along with the one I wanted. Now they said both bottles back or I owe $180.

Company continued to withdraw money from my checking account wiout giving me time to return product.
When original purchase was made, it was not clear that this was a trial/subscription. Product does not work, but $89 was withdrawn from my checking account without my consent and before I could return product.

I ordered the free trial offered by the company for CBD oil/gummies. They obtained payment from my credit card but has not sent my order, nor have I heard from the company for about two weeks. Is this a scam?

I've had the same experience as the other reviewers here. Total scam. They get you to pay for shipping to "Try for Free" their CBD product. Then in the terms & conditions they burry the Subscription you end up signing up for my doing this, with a 14 day cancellation period. I'm pretty good generally about not signing up for a subscription for a free trial but this one got past me b/c the company has slyly hidden it in the T&C's. Stay away from this company.

They require you to give them all your information before you know that they're going to ask you for your credit card information in order to get your free bottle of CBD oil. This is a scam company that's most likely selling your information to other companies for a profit. If they were a legitimate business they should let you know this up front. What a scam company this is, beware!

Unauthorized were made to my credit card. I called the company to resolve this issue, but they refused.
I ordered the hemp oil and gummy bears on December 31st, 2019. I received a call from my bank of possible fraudulent charges to my account on January 16, 2020. I called the company to discuss the charges. Representative stated that the free trial included a subscription for $89.99 if I did not cancel within
30 days. I explained that I didn't see this statement and that it had not been 30 days. I requested my money back but she refused.

I purchased a free trial of hempvive oil for $6.95 and CBD Gummies for $6.97 but then received a bill for $89.92 and $89.73 for the same purchase.
I am disputing the last two amounts of $89.92 and $89.73. I did not authorize these amounts.

I ordered CBD oil and gummies for $13.95. I was charged 2 weeks later $89.92 and again today $89.73. This was not indicated on website.

Ordered hemp oil on 12/30/2019 and I should have suspected something because it automatically added hemp gummies to my order for a total of $13.92. I received shipment 6 days later. Thought it was strange that they came in a box with no receipt or invoice. On 1/16/2020 my debit card was charged $89.92. Called and was told this was because I didn't cancel within 14 day trial. This was not mentioned on the website when I purchased this. After arguing with Carmen for several minutes about getting a refund she sent me 3 emails stating my orders had been cancelled and told me I would not be charged further. Looked back at the website and it said there was a 60 day money back guarantee so I called back wanting to know if I could get this. Told no because I did not contact them within 14 days of purchase. Asked how I would even know if it worked in 14 days when it took 6 days to get it? Told too bad that is the way it is. Asked where the terms and conditions were on the website. I was given a web address that didn't even work. She then told me she would email me the link, which she never did. Today, 1/20/2020 my debit card was charged again for $89.73. I will be contacting my bank to cancel my debit card because I have no way of knowing how many more times this will happen. My bank told me last week when I called that because it was a subscription issue they really couldn't do anything about it.

Free 30 day CBD trial, just pay shipping, resulted in 2 additional charges 2 weeks later.
Off of a golf web site, a link took you to a page where several pro golfers were recommending CBD products and a free 30 day trial, just pay shipping. I ordered the products on 12/31/2019 and received a confirmation e-mail of my order. On 1/2/2020 there were 2 charges to my credit card, 1 from MAX SLIM DETOX for 6.97 and 1 from MAXSLIMFITNOW.COM for 6.95. On 1/4/2020 I received an e-mail that the order had shipped and a tracking number. I received the products a few days later and started the trial. I then noticed that there were 2 addtional charges to my credit card on 1/17/2020, 1 from MAX SLIM DETOX for 89.73 and 1 from MAXSLIMFITNOW.COM for 89.92. I did not see any terms and conditions on the site, there wasn't anything included in the product shipped, and nothing of the sort in any of the e-mail communications. I have tried calling and have been put on hold and then dropped.

I just ordered and did not want the second offer and chose no, but now 2nd offer is on my order. And did not see anything about more orders coming in 30 days until I saw it on the Revdex.com report

I purchased this product thinking that it was a legetimitely good offer. However upon entering my information into the system this company had charged me for 2 items when I initally only requested one item. I purchased the oil and then after payment my recipet stated that I also ordered gummies. The order did ship in a timley maner but the legitamacy of the actual product is still in question. After aproximently 2 weeks my account was fraduantly charged a fee of $89. My bank was quick to pick up on the fraudulent charge which also makes me quiestion if this has happened to others before?
After the charge I tried calling the company to see if they might have an answer as to why there was a charge on my account. The gentelmen on the other line acted as though he couldn't hear me and promtoly hung the phone up on me as I was delivering my question. I tried calling back however, my calls are now being unanswered.
I'm hoping that this post will help others to think twice before they make any purchases within this company.

I had to call my bank to get the phone number to cancel any additional shipments. They asked for any of the remainder of the sample be shipped back to them. Hoping they won't send anything else after I got a confirmed cancelation number.

Ordered the free trial offer just paying the $6.95 for each trial. Then the charged my accout $89.92 and $89.73.Called for a refund and they refuded me $80.00. I do like the product but not their ethics in advertising.

Tried to cancel further shipments of cbd oil. Eventually 1 order was apparently cancelled but they were unable to find second order to cancel.
Ordered 2 trial shipments of hempvive on 12/29/19. Shipments arrived on 01/04/2020. Contacted customer service on 01/05/2020 to cancel further shipments. (888-281-9122) After discussion, 1 order was apparently cancelled but no information could be found to cancel second order. Before agreeing to cancel order, Kate started to explain that the shipment I received was not a trial and I would owe for the shipment. I did not allow her to continue repeating that it was a free trial according to the advertisement that I ordered from stating free with shipping charge of $6.95. (She stated that I had received a 14 day trial bottle which I refuted with the information that I had received a 30 ml bottle.) She finally agreed to cancel the one shipment but after placing me on hold for several minutes, returned and stated that there was no information on the second shipment. I ended the call after apologizing for my rudeness.

I have cancelled my debit card that was used for the orders so that no charges could continue but I feel this company should be investigated for deceptive practices on numerous levels.

Should be 0 stars but this app won't allow it. They stole my credit card information and I began to get charged $89 for products I didn't order. I had to close that card and get a new one. Stay away from them at all costs.

When the himpvive offered trial offer, if u paid shipping for $6.95, I ordered product. I got charged 2 times for shipping and never received product. On my card they had put shipping charges on 2 times $6.95, then on my card shows they charged me $89.92 & $89.73!! I called the company & the lady said she would refund my account, refund they gave me was $60.00. Himpvive still owes me $133.45 & I did not get any product. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

There was no info readily visible when I ordered the trial, NOT free and NO price. Asked for a number to call to get info. $90 each for the two things, oil and gummies. No free trial and 14 days ... got to it just in time - still had to pay $40 for the one month trial! Customer Support asked "which product " I was calling about!!! Super scam! We should know better... bilking people in pain in more than one way. The service rep had a super heavy accent and was difficult to understand at times. I canceled and got a cancellation number. Very disturbed by the whole thing.

On Oct. 18th I ordered a "free trial" of CBD gummies and oil, for the cost of shipping and handling. The products arrived in a timely fashion for the season.
On Dec. 13th I received a shipment identical to my trial offer. The invoice is dated Dec. 5th, order ***
