We referred Mr***' concern to our Credit Risk Department for further review and they determined that the account should be deleted from Mr***' credit bureau report for reason of fraud
On August 10, 2015, a request was sent to the credit bureaus to delete the remaining trade lines(Ref: ***) Please allow up to thirty days for the bureaus to update this information
A phone conversation with Trans Union confirmed that the Fingerhut trade line was deleted on December 24,

payment above the minimal requested monthly payment required as to obtain credit worthiness and stay current/pay-off my Fingerhut personal account.As a "valued customer" , I was not knowlegable and/or nformed by Fingerhut Customer Service regarding the repair/return policy regarding the Smart Kurios I purchased which are still inoperable.Credit Report information must be valid and accurate as I agreed in accepting credit (phone) from Fingerhut; which did not happen in this experience Upon inception of my Fingerhut, records show that I have demonstrated my creditworthiness and integrity and paid my account beyond their expectationsAny "privileges" I have received from Fingerhut regarding of reversal late fees were warranted I did not owe any late fees My monthly payment history reflects it Making monthly payments in advance 2/ more times the required minimal amount demonstrates my integrity and credit worthiness.Please forward me a copy of my credit rating/information recorded on my account to all three credit bureaus with respect to Fingerhut account since inceptionThis information/document was not included in the Business Response which is important/vital in hopes to resolve this case Your immediate response is appreciated.
