All of the people that I have interacted with in this company in the past 3 years has been so positive, I have contracted with them due to this. I thank God for people of integrity.

We have had the pleasure of working with Pacific Aire for many years and they never disappoint! From the customer care team that do the scheduling to the technicians, everyone is an absolute dream! Especially love working with Brett P! He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, respectful and kind! Did I mention he is also very thorough with his explanation of the work and is conscious of our needs! Thank you Brett!!

Technician Ryan P. recently resolved an issue that had developed with our heater. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem and was able to explain it to me in layman's terms. He then took steps to correct the problem, checked his work and made sure I had no further questions before he went on to his next assignment. In short, Ryan rendered service in a professional manner. Previous interactions with the employees of Pacific Aire have been similarly satisfactory. It's apparent that they take pride in doing their jobs well.

It is my opinion that this service technician was very deliberate in his check points.
Also very clear in explaining the function of key parts to my a/c unit.

Anthony D. was our service technician and he was fabulous! Exceptionally helpful; answered all our questions and made four recommendations to improve our heating system. My wife and I decided to proceed with all four of his recommendations because of the clarity in which he provided and the professional sense we both got from him. Ken [redacted]did an excellent job on tuning up our heating system and explained what we need in the future very well.

Anthony was on time and took time to explain what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. At the conclusion of the service call, he again asked if there were any other question I might have. Everything was answered to my satisfaction and gave me some upgrade options if I was interested in the future.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the offer of resolution received. My offer of resolution to follow after Pacific Aires.
Per our conversation and the conversation you had with our Field Supervisor, I am providing you with the following information: I do show the system passed inspection in December in 2014.     -Manual J Load  Calculations – (which  was done using your existing ductwork).  This shows that the equipment which was sold to you, a Ruud 4 ton 14 seer system, is correctly sized for your home.  The load calculation shows a requirement of 4.2 tons.  Not only would 5 tons be overkill, but with the ductwork replaced,your load requirement will go down and if you do the insulation also, it will go down even more.     -Had you purchased the ductwork in 2014, the retail cost of the system would have been:  $15,164 (includes asbestos/non-asbestos duct removal, 9 supplies with registers, sealing of boots )     -2016 – pricing to move to attic and replace all accessible ducts:   $9,753 retail (includes removal & reinstall of existing equipment, asbestsos/non-asbestsos duct removal, return cut ins in 3 bedrooms, 1 main return cut in, 9 duct runs replaced with silver R6 duct, new registers, sealing of boots, catwalk,platform, attic access, 20 amp dedicated circuit to attic, new exhaust vent cut in, HERS test and permits)     -2016 price for duct replacement only (maximum discounted price) $3349 (includes asbestos/non-asbestos duct removal, 9 supplies with new registers, sealing of boots, HERS test and permits)     We appreciate you as a customer and our ultimate goal is to make you and your home  as comfortable as possible.  I cannot speak to what was or was not discussed in 2014 but I can speak to who is working on your job now & what can be accomplished. Please let me know at your earliest convenience how you would like to proceed.     Sincerely, C[redacted]     C[redacted] Install  Manager Pacific Aire, Inc.

Dear Ms. G[redacted] / Ms. M[redacted]:It appears this is an offer of resolution.  It is unsatisfactory.  There are two solutions, in the order listed as to preference, that are acceptable to resolve the situation:1)  Refund the $10,400.00.  I will return all the equipment and materials used; less Pacific Aire's price paid for the Honeywell thermostat which I would retain.2)  Pacific Aire provide me a written estimate for a heating and air conditioning system to design and specifications provided, utilizing a 5 ton HVAC, 5 ton condenser, and 5 ton coil.  Should this written estimate approximate      written estimates received from two other companies, Pacific Aire would be contracted to perform the work.  From the estimate total, I would receive a credit of $10,400.00 for money already paid.Respectfully yours,J[redacted]

Anthony D was a great technician. Very polite and willing to think of solutions for my heating problems.

Service was right on time and very informative. Fortunately our problem was a super simple fix. Our 30 year old Lennox Pulse furnace is a war horse. Frederick gave me some ideas on how to improve the efficiency of the Lennox and problems to watch out for on such an old furnace. Very happy with this company and their follow-up for their customers.

Pacific Aire has always been professional. Recently had a HVAC service and Dock was very professional and walked me through everything that he did. He spent the time to explain the areas that he felt needed my attention. At the end I was very pleased with his service and his attitude.

We were told that the data usage was unlimited, as of 11/18/2014 we used a 100 over unlimited. We called saying we were have issues with the internet they came out stating they couldn't fix the issue here so they took the equipment and stated they would be back later that day 11/17/2017. We were informed this morning that we had used 100 mb over and that we needed to pay $200 more to have services, again. We are both disabled and we feel that we are being wronged. We paid for serviced for the month and with any warning and the month is not even up, so services have not be completed.Desired SettlementI want services return or they pay for the troubles and installation of proper internet services.Business Response The customer was notified after there credit card declined for payment that they had exceeded our acceptable data usage by double in just 15 days. The customer clearly heard what they wanted to hear at the time of sign up, the lady that takes the sales calls is very clear about the data usage policies.Below are notes from account: [redacted] let her 'boyfriend' make all of the calls, Boyfriend said, she is rded and he hasto handle everything, Also, he would NEVER pay the bill or evendiscuss a payment date.. Boyfriend would NEVER give me his name....AND: over the next 3-4 days he left numerous 'Abusive and threatening" voicemailsSo to sum it up the customer would not pay the bill and exceededour Data policy and LIED about it, so we terminated the service, and retrieved our equipment. They have other options for Internet service in the area and should exercise them.
