I dont have any documentation to send from this matter. This company called my job regarding this. The day I received the phone call from them stating that I took out several pay day loans and received monies from them I contacted my personal bank and referenced the days that the company stated I received monies from them and my personal back stated no funded were every received on the dates provided to my account from this company.  They said that they could not provide me with any documentation show I opened this account because they were a 3rd party company. I have never received any mail, documents with proof that I ever confirming I opened, agreed to opening such payday loans. This was my first time ever hearing from this company, no mail, no letter, nothing but that one phone call. I never consented to anything, never signed anything, I dont know anything any payday loans from the dates they provided to me over the phone. So im sorry that I can not provide any proof from the claim that this business if accusing me of. I wish I had more proof, but they have never provided me with anything, other than that phone call. This is frustrating to me because they provided me with my account number and social security number and I feel like this is some type of scam and identity theft against me.

the complaint and have found the following: I completed a database search and I have found that there are three flies in our office linked to the name of [redacted]. We have two flies of Ms. [redacted]s that were opened in our office on September 20th, 2015. We also have another file of the customer that was opened on September 25th in our office. Contact was made with her on October 5th, During this conversation Ms. [redacted] told our representative that she will be disputing all three of these accounts. The representative put all three of the customers accounts in "dispute'' status. When an account is in dispute status no calls are made out to them by any representatives in our office unless instructed to do so by the customer or their attorney. Action Taken; The accounts have been put in dispute status and no calls will be made to Ms. [redacted] by our company. If Ms. [redacted] has any further questions she should direct them to our client, [redacted] Debt Fund, LLC. Their contact information is as follows: [redacted] Debt Fund, LLC [redacted] Main St. [redacted], [redacted] ###-###-#### Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions regarding this complaint. Sincerely, Jamie L. Manager, Administration

regarding the complaint and have found the following: I have found 3 different accounts in our office that were associated with the phone number Ms. [redacted] provided in the complaint.  On October 5th 2015 Ms. [redacted] spoke with a representative from our office.  The representative that spoke with the customer tried to verify she was speaking to the correct individual and asked the customer to provide the last four numbers of her social security number for verification purposes.  The customer did not verify any information.  The customer stated she is not going to give any of her information to our company until we provide her with contract signed by her stating she has done business with us in the past.  Due to FPDCA laws and company policy, the representative respectfully declined Ms. [redacted]’s request for more information.  Ms. [redacted] disconnected the call.   On October 13th 2015 Ms. [redacted] spoke with another representative from our office and asked for the same information as she did on October 5th.  When the representative attempted to verify he was speaking to the correct party and asked Ms. [redacted] to verify the last four numbers of her social security she refused and disconnected the phone call again. Our representatives are instructed to give our customers all the information we have on file regarding their account in our office after the procedures for properly identifying the customer in accordance to state and federal law are met. Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] did not meet the criteria for proper verification allowing our representatives to release her any personal information regarding her file. If Ms. [redacted] would like to contact our office and allow us to do our job professionally by verifying the information we requested, our representatives will be able to openly discuss the details of her file with her. Action Taken:  All accounts in our office have been placed in Cease and Desist Status and will not receive anymore calls.  Please contact me if you have any additional questions regarding this complaint.  Sincerely, Jamie L[redacted] Manager, Administration

complaint and have found the following; Our client, [redacted] Corp., sent us 4 delinquent accounts in the name [redacted]. Each account included the name, address, social security number, email address, all original loan information and the account that was put in place to repay the loan. These accounts originated as online payday loans. A Validation of Debt for each account is included with this response. Ms. [redacted] stated that she receives calls at least three times per day with some of them coming from ###-###-####. We call a number only one time per day and ###-###-#### is not part of our phone system. After a thorough search of our phone records, I was unable to see where Ms. ever returned a call to our office. At no point did we or do we threaten our customers. Based on the statements Ms. [redacted] made, it seems as though Ms. [redacted] is being called by several companies and mistaking our company with the others that are threatening her. At no point have we ever had a phone number from area code 209 associated with our outgoing calls. Action Taken: Though our client has forwarded us a significant amount of information that would indicate that Ms. [redacted] has 4 accounts that are delinquent and legally owed we have placed a Cease & Desist status on the accounts. There will be no further collection efforts, from our company, regarding these accounts. Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions regarding this matter. Sincerely, Jamie L. Manager, Administration This communication is from a debt collector and is an attempt to collect a debt. Any Information obtained will be used for that purpose.

We understand the consumer is disputing validity of the debt. Validation of the debt can be provided as many times needed via mail or email. The validation of the debt not only proves it exist but proves we have the legal right to collect on the file. The loan could have been dispersed via cash, check, or direct deposit. We don’t threaten consumers with legal action. Cease and desist as already been assigned.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have also reviewed the attached files from said business and they are all bogus as I have never had accounts with any of the vendors listed. I can only assume that this business is a scam. As long as they cease contacting me, I will be satisfied.

Revdex.com spoke to consumer who stated that she has saved messages from the business that say she is "under investigation" which is very threatening. Additionally, she stated the business is trying to collect on a debt that does not exist.

the complaint and have found the following: I have found 6 different accounts in our office that were associated with the phone number Ms. [redacted] provided in the complaint.  Every account we had with this phone number has been sent back to our client.  If Ms. [redacted] would like to provide a different phone number that she was called on as well, I can search for it and make sure that number is removed also. If a representative had threatened or harassed her, they will be disciplined.  Action Taken:  All accounts in our office with phone number ###-###-#### account have been removed.  Please contact me if you have any additional questions regarding this complaint.   Sincerely,   Jamie L. The debit validation letter states that the original creditor was [redacted]...I have never heard of this company.  I would like to see any original documentation from [redacted] showing that I owe them anything, or anything that I signed saying I would pay them.  I would also like to see documentation that High Point Asset can collect on this.  I will not pay anything to anyone I don't know, or have not heard of.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution curious.  While I am delighted that a "cease and desist status" has been placed on my account and that "no further action will be taken" and accept these terms, I question why, if they believe this debt is legitimate, why they are so quick and willing to drop further action. While they have attached documents, there is zero proof that I ever agreed to or accepted funds from any of the three businesses listed.   I accept the terms and will add this to the affidavit I have filed with the FTC for identity theft, #[redacted].  If requested, I will have this signed by my local police department, and notarized, as recommended to me by the [redacted] State Police Fraud Department and D/[redacted].  I have attached the current affidavit and my letter to High Point notifying them of my identity theft.  I will provide the proof of identity (as indicated as enclosed on the letter) if they make a request for it.  I do not wish to share any further information that could be used illegally.   Regards,

following: We are fully disclosed and open to sending the proper
documents as many times as possible. Legitimacy of the file is not a battle of
he says she says when validation can be provided. The loan may have been
dispersed via deposit, cash, check, or lender issued card. We can’t prove how
it was received, in most cases when a bank account is placed on our files it
indicates there were payments being made. Any bank statement is good to have
but doesn’t work or count as proof for anything. If a debt was paid a receipt
would be needed with the lender name on it as well as original account number.
A copy of the original contract is not mandatory. All the information provided
to our office we provide to the consumer in the form of validation.  Validation of Debt    Attached.    Action

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Their response doesn't make any sense.  This debt is fraud.  I don't understand the reference to employee files or the refund being issued?? This debt is fraud.  I would like High Point Asset, Inc. to correct their files to indicate I do not owe any outstanding pay day loans. Be advised that I am fully aware of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  I am also keeping very accurate records of the correspondence from you and the number of harassing phone calls and I will not hesitate to report violations of the law to the Federal Trade Commission and the Revdex.com. Finally, if you do not own this debt, I demand that you immediately send a copy of this dispute letter to the original creditor so they are also aware of my dispute with this debt.

Representative from High Point Asset advised that all information regarding this debt has been provided to me via email and US postal service.  To date, I have not yet received any such thing.  Representative kept asking for my debit/credit card information to process a payment...

immediately.  He could not give me any information as to when this loan originated, only that the alleged loan was $300.  I do not believe that there is any debt owed.  I paid a debt in full two yrs ago, and have proof of same; however, since June of 2014, I have been contacted by 15 "collection agencies" , all alleging different amounts of loans.  My understanding is that the original company, [redacted] Group, went out of business in May 2014 and sold their accounts to various offices.  I do not believe this is a valid debt.  If so, I would like any kind of proof of same, which would include an original contract signed.  The representative told me that the only way to resolve the debt was with a debit/credit card at that time, or he would make the recommendation to his client that the debt was being disputed.  I won't be threatened by someone asking for my account information, without providing any validity to a claim.  This representative did not tell me where his office was located, and when I asked for a letter advising of the debt to be emailed to me, he repeated several times that that had already been done, which seems to be a commonality from the various phone calls I've received in the past.

We never have and never will "charge fraud". We are only a third party debt collection agency and that's indicated in the early 30 secs of each call. The file has been placed in cease and desist. Validation was previously sent but it is also attached.
