I bought my first brand new home August of 2014, shortly after a sales man came in September with a great pitch on a water softener it sounded all great and fine I was in the known of purchasing their equipment and paying it off until it was doneLittle did I know this company attached this loan to my brand new home therefore they put a lean against my homeI go to refinance my home and the day before closing this pops up and tells the title company there is a lean on my home and the only way they will allow me to refinance my very own home is to subordinate the loan which will include a $fee that I pay as well as setting up automatic payments directly from my account every month! Let it be known I have a excellent payment history with themI was never once told anywhere that I will have this attached to my property and have a lean against my home as well as never knowing about hidden fees I will have to pay to refinance my very own home that has nothing to do with my clos

*** offered equipment with professional installationImmediately after installation, there was a l*** of water pressure in the home*** was contacted numerous times about thisThey informed us that this was most likely caused by pressure valves in the pipes that needed to be reset by the home builder We contacted the home builder who informed us that as the home was over years old, they could only recommend a plumber to come outWe called and when the company came out, they discovered that the *** unit was installed backwards and pushing dirt and frome into the homeWe have no idea now what further damage this may have caused or set into motion*** has been contacted and we have requested that they remove their equipment as they have failed to provide the professional installation and may have now caused more damage than goodAt this moment in time, they are refusing to remove the equipment

High Quality Water has been exceptional from my rep to the plumber that installed my RainSoft system I can't say enough positive things about this company and its staffThank you so much I will be a customer for life

The sales person who came to the house told us we didn't even need the r.osystem because the whole rainsoft system we were looking at would get the whole house water as good as our bottled water we had him test along with our city water from our tapThe sales person was not honest about the system we purchased and what it would doAfter having it for almost a month he retested the water & the numbers he claimed would be were not even cut in half from the city water he testedOur water is nowhere near the purity he promised
When we called the general manager he was not available and was treated rudely by a sales manager and a few other employeesI was called & they acted like they were from Rainsoft, I called in & they acted like they were Home Depot
I've contacted Home Depot manager "*" & working to resolve the issueHigh Quality water of Az manager , *** , tried to say he only made $profit off the job and wanted to refund $This was after I

I have had ongoing problems with installation of a $water softener sold by the company - I now find out that the installation was wrong and not to code - the pipe size was reducedthe pipes were not buried and the tanks were not put on a stable surface

We received your notice of response from High Quality waterThanks to you and to High Quality Water. As everyone involved is aware and acknowledged in their emails, we have been out of town traveling.Regarding our response to the company’s answer to our first-ever filed Complaint with the Revdex.com...Thank you for everyone’s attention and help with an attempt at a resolution to our concerns. We are now back at the houseAnd We have arranged to meet Matt from High Quality Water today. Thank you for his visit, his efforts, and his offers for resolution if the Company agrees to the recommendations. As much as we appreciate finally getting a meaningful response from the Company, we have to stress that The response from High Quality Water is not exactly accurate as far as our history of contacts with them. The company has not acknowledged and do not show the telephone calls and messages left with them voicing our concerns in the two years that the system has been operating, with problemsNor do these company records include the telephone calls directly to the manufacturer, Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems. But, Their records DO show our concernsAnd we have records of several additional telephone calls to Matt, to Michael, to Mark, John, Rainsoft, etc voicing our concerns and our own intentions to take legal action if there was no effort to correct the issues. And FYI, As of this date, we have never received a copy of the INSTALLER INSPECTION SHEET as required and included in the Homeowners Owners Manual by the the manufacturer, Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems. This information is invaluable to the homeownerIt is supposed to include the water condition before and after installation of chlorine, PH, Iron, water pressure, serial numbers, etc etc.We can only assume it was never completed. And, Matt admitted that fact to Bonnie and myself today and said that SHEET is typically not filled out nor submitted (as required by manufacturer Rainsoft)to the homeowner. This is a Quote from Rainsoft on the phone and in the Homeowners Manual....“This sheet is to be filled out in its entirety at the time of installation”Matt was very attentive todayHe acknowledged and suggested several remedies for our concerns. We await his email response and suggestions and rectification of the issues. Thanks to everyone for their attention and addressing our concerns.*** ***

I must admit I am very surprised by the complaint because if we were unable keep an appointment we would as a course of business offer to send them the $gift card which I will be happy to doThere is nothing deceptive about the survey process they are told they may qualify not that
they won the card our only conditions are that they watch a brief water test in their home or stop by our showroom in TempeWe don't have anyone named Chariisa or Kim that work for us but either way I am sorry for the misunderstanding and will send a gift card in the mail right away

I spoke this customer myself and explained that my company did not sell or install the equipment all we do is service themI also offered to help in any way I could he wanted to have the installation redone by a local plumber and I once let him know that I will help in anyway possible.

I left a voicemail message for Ms *** yesterday to call me to discuss any issues she has and I am still waiting to hear backI must say that we did not do anything whatsoever to deceive her I feel very strongly that her comments are just plain unfairThe water system does indeed save you money while having softer skin, less spots and rings, cleaner cloths, no need for bottled water etcFor Ms *** to say that a rep told her she would not need any lotions creams and conditioners is not accurate we actually have a page on our IPAD presentation that talks about up to a 70% savings on those productsWe would not tell customers anything different than that for one because they wouldn't believe us we live in the desert as I said we do live in the desert and secondly, it doesn't make sense we live in the desert and people don't buy your product if what you say doesn't make sense.I am more than happy to discuss this and try my very best to satisfy Ms *** but she will need to return my call when she get's a chance. Thank youMichael Ross

Mrand MrsR** are not customers of ours, they are in fact customers of *** *** *** of CA, a separate distributorI contacted MrV***, the General Manager and dealer on their behalf and he told me he tried extremely hard to satisfy these clients to no avail and agreed to take the
equipment back and credit their Home Depot account as there was no coming to any reasonable solutionI am sorry that they feel they had a bad experience however, they purchased the finest water treatment equipment in the world and MrV***, being one of the nicest people, I know did his best to satisfy the ***Cori J***

To whom it may concern,I would like to know the process for staging a complaint against RainSoftI believe they are engaging in misleading and dubious business practices and lying to potential customers. They approach customers in *** *** locations and conduct a "survey" which is really a method to obtain information. I was contacted and told that just for taking the survey, I had already been awarded a *** *** gift cardHowever, they are requiring that I invite them to my home and get an additional sales pitch to collect the cardIn reality, they are lying by saying I have already won a gift card, when actually make the gift card conditional upon a sales pitchThat is misleading and a bold faced lie. I have been back and forth with RainSoft since the beginning of January They cancelled my first appointment and when I questioned them on my already awarded gift card, they claimed they would mail it to meThey did not.

On Tuesday the 2nd of August, a Sales rep from *** (a distributor of Rainsoft) came to our House: AJ W***r He told us the following statements which sold us on the product:
- Rainsoft will move the water system to any house we move to in the future, free of charge
- The ECwater softener is also a sediment filter; its backwash cleansing makes the product last forever
- The QRS filter will last forever, no need to replace any component of it
- Lifetime warranty (Mine and My Wife's Lifetimesnot the products') on on all components of the system (except the filters in the reverse osmosis unit)
- That hooking up the system to our house (well water) would have no impact on the warranty of any part of the system, regardless of the very hard/high sediment level and iron
When the installer came out today, he hooked up the QRS SH EPA as first in line My wife was concerned since this would expose it to the sediment The installer said the QRS acted like a sediment filter, bu

We filed the complaint because there was no misunderstanding, we were lied to and wanted the system removedWe are waiting on the removal of the system, thanks to Home Depot's corporate taking care of the situation There was no real effort, other than a $credit, which was no where near meeting in the middle and took several phone calls and being talked to like we don't understand anything, when in fact we just wanted the system removed due to falsified sales representations *** called me to tell me the removal would not happen and I would not recieved a refundThe home depit repdealing with my case called me back after I emailed her and told me the system would in fact be removed and fully refunded. Im shocked this company is listed in Revdex.com' s ethical businesses.

If you become a new homeowner in Arizona, be forewarned, this company will not stop calling until they make a saleThe day after I closed on my home, I went to the house to pick up the keysOn the door, there was a "We missed you" post it (looked just like something from FedEx or UPS) saying they tried to deliver a "new homeowners gift" and to call a number listed on the post it to get it delivered at a time when you are homeWell, after I called, they got my phone number and it was all downhill from there
They sent me flyers the first two weeks after I closed on the house every other dayThey have called me at least once a day the past month since I have closed on the houseI have told the sales representatives I am not interested and to please take me off their call listEach time I say please do not call, they say they are not authorized to do it and I need to speak to their managerHowever, when I say can I speak to the manager, the phone happens to disconnect or they get very defensiveI have blocked their phone number after every time they call; yet they just find new numbers to call from each time
I have now been in the home for a month and a halfAfter a week of not calling, they have started to call again
I have read all the reviews on Google and Revdex.com and they all say the same thing; negative experiences, 100% dissatisfaction ratingI don't know what it will take to take this business down
In conclusion, I continue to get phone calls, and will never receive a "homeowners gift."

Lorenzo was so friendly and helpful as he tested our water We are so excited to SAVE money and have great quality water protecting our new home
Thanks so much Lorenzo

Rainsoft customer for life!!

I must admit I am completely taken aback by Mrs *** commentsThe fact is she purchased the finest water treatment equipment on the market with not only a lifetime warranty but a 98% customer satisfaction ratingThe *** purchased our top of the line equipment the same water systems I have in
my home and are warranted to meet all factory specificationsOur service manager has been denied access to come out and check the system but like I said it is under warranty. I honestly feel very badly went I can't satisfy a customer and we go out of our way to do just that and clearly Mrs *** is notThere are several misunderstanding about PPM and what each of the water systems does but still feel sorry as no one wins the EC4, QRS and Ultrafiner are in fact the finest water treatment systems made it makes no sense to me to want to return it It is clear although I tried my best to satisfy her that she doesn't want to hear anything I have to say and with the help of Home Depot we have come to a mutually satisfactory return arrangement and we are just waiting to hear back from the Brooks. Thank you*** ***

I was promised a $*** *** card if I signed up for a water testBut I only received a $cardWhen I called and asked about it they hung up on me several times

In the past year my water softener system has malfunctions times The first times the problem resulted in a water use of more than times my monthly consumption and bills in excess of $each time The current, third, malfunction occurred shortly after my last repair I have not been able to even schedule a service because I get put on hold with nobody every picking up or responding

I was pretty shocked to read the *** complaint and the tone of the complaint I wish she just called and asked for me or another managerAs the card says it comes with some restictions and they are only two1) Have us come out for a free water test and leave you with a free estimate or 2) stop
by our showroom to receive the cardMs *** choose not to do neither and just expects us to send out a card for free that would be a foolish and expensive way to run a businessAs it stands we give away hundreds of these gift cards each month to promote business but not just mail them out as gifts that's not a fair request. Having said that I would never fight someone over $so I will send her the gift card this week as a matter of goodwill. Thank youMichael R***High Quality Water of AZ
