Review: I placed an order for an electronic pet door on 11/17/2015. I placed several phone calls starting on 12/1/2015 because the door had not been shipped yet. I was told it did not pass the initial inspection but it would go out the next day. It did not. My credit card was charged the full amount ($654.60) on 11/19/2015 but as of today (12/15/2015) the door has not shipped. Now, when I try to call the company I'm placed on hold for 10+ minutes only to be hung up on. When I try to call back the call is never answered.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $654.60.

Ms-5 collar claims to be waterproof and rugged, however fails in water and collar fails after 4-5 months. Very disappointed in build quality and false advertising. Avoid at all costs. Owned for 1 year and have already ordered replacements 3x.
