Hello,I would like to re-open my complaint with this business Their comment was that they have settled with me, but that is not true.We had a phone conversation and we agreed that Hills would send me an agreement for me to purchase a piece of equipment for $while they satisfied the loan for $ I never received this agreement nor have they satisfied the loan.

Good Afternoon,Per the documentation in regards to my complaint, Hills Home Market had agreed to refund me $599.00. To this date that has not arrived. When I contacted the business yesterday to check the status I received a message back that stated it would be a credit on my account. As stated in the letters I paid it off and closed the account as soon as I could because of the high interest rates, therefore they must send me the refund directly. When I called them back yesterday to explain this again, the manager [redacted] had left for the day and the secretary advised he'd call me first thing this morning. It is now almost 3pm and no response. I'm concerned they are trying to blow off the agreement. Have a great day![redacted]

We will refund her the 599.00. Everything is clearly stated on her sales order ticket and customer receipt. If she would look at those items she would clearly see the 199.00 is a deposit on her purchases not used to start the service.
