Will this be issued in check?  How soon can I expect the return of the agreed $599.00?

We are contacting customer to resolve.

We went out to the customers house.  She was supposed get back with us on an agreement.  We have been trying to reach the customer and have not heard back from her.

We have worked out the problems with the customer.

After contacting the Revdex.com, my husband, [redacted], and I spoke with [redacted] from Hills Food Service in Hudson, MA, and still  were not satisfied.  [redacted] refused to accept return of the knives and freezer. Due to company sales tactics we were mislead and were also charged for food insurance ($599) that is unnecessary, we didn't realize we were being charged for this. [redacted] wanted us to exchange the knives for other products that his company offers and we do not need. He also would not give contact information for any of his higher ups in the company.  After closely reading our copy of the agreement, we know that we have the right to return the knife set as well as the freezer.  Their website also offers 100% quality satisfaction. We are not satisfied with the products we received.  We would like to return the knives, freezer, and food insurance. We would like to return the food also but will keep it and pay for what we ordered, even though the quality and packaging is not the high quality we were told we would receive. The ravioli and frozen vegetables have freezer burn, due to the lack in quality of packaging, also, one of the salmon packets is not vacuum sealed. The order form also stated that we were supposed to get some pork products which were not delivered.  We no longer want these products but just wanted to make note of it. Currently, my husband is out of work due to surgery on his foot and we would like to schedule a time to have the knife set and freezer picked up sooner than later.  Our original delivery date was rescheduled and we were not able to be here when the products were to be delivered. Because of this, we were not able to refuse products upon delivery. One of the main reasons we would have refused the freezer is due to the fact that it is much too large (double the size) we were under the impression we would be receiving.As mentioned in our initial complaint, we are not concerned with the damage done to our top step, at this point, and would just like to pay for the food and wash our hands of Hills and Carico Company.Because I have a work schedule which does not allow me to take time out of my work day (therapeutic high school teacher of social/ emotional students) my husband is a better person to contact as I am not available. His contact information is:[redacted] Cell: [redacted]-- if no answer, please leave a detailed message with contact information.email: [redacted]We are open to mediation if necessary. Sincerely, [redacted]complaint #[redacted]

That account has been resolved.

The customer just responded to our calls.  We are in the process of rectifying their problems.
