Good product, fast serviceWas using a monoxidil product for years by itself and only maintaining what I hadI wasn't until I got their shampoo that I started growing moreJust for the record, I only ordered single items and not a subscription type plan

Terrible customer serviceI had a bad reaction to the Finasteride and tried to remove it from my orderYou have to get approval from the "doctor" to remove it from your order, so I messaged themNo responseI then contacted customer serviceNo responseIn that time, I have been billed for my next order with the FinasterideI got messages back from the doctor within a few hours when I was in the evaluation process of ordering the complete hair kit, so I can't imagine that they are "backlogged" as another review statedThis is such a scam

I was upset with this business mainly because of their billing system I ordered Sildenafil, and after providing my medical history, was immediately charged $($for the medical review and $for the pills) The next day I was informed by the medical team that they could not prescribe the medication because of my health conditions Now customer service tells me that I have to wait 5-business days to receive the $refund Not very customer friendly in my opinion

This is a scam!! I placed an order with them and THEY canceled it on my only without an explanation, got me a partial refundAnd I got nothing from them

Hims customer service is truly top notch, and their advertising game is on another levelI only have positive things to say, and I would recommend them to anyone

Worst experience I ever had!
I tried to phone; no answer or won't pick upTheir 'doctor' if that's really a doctor, prescribed the viagra and then confirmed I would be receiving it after playing questions over weeksThen someone decided I wasn't healthy enough for the medicine, even though a local doctor
has my medical record and prescribed itMoreover, I have been using this pill without any problems since late June Try to ask for a $refund? Good luckKiss it goodbye unless they decide when they want to issue it
