I first contacted this company regarding viagraThe doctor finally indicated that he could subscribe the productSuddenly my order was cancelled and I they aren't in any hurry to issue a refundTheir reasoning was health reasons, however at a more expensive price, a local doctor saw

I placed an order for a "DHT blocking shampoo" and tried to cancel it within ten minutes The main product page looked good, but after placing my order I found some fine print that says things like "It’s worth pointing out that biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and that there’s currently no scientific evidence that your body can absorb it through the scalp." They have no mechanism for canceling orders, so I had to open a ticket with support The order's status on the website said "Processing" for several days I then got a response back from customer service saying the order shipped immediately and that they can't do refunds because they can't verify the integrity of the product
I haven't actually gotten it in the mail yet It is in the box they shipped it in, with the company they shipped it with I fail to see how they can sell anything if integrity of a bottle of shampoo can't be verified
I also cannot remove my payment information from their website, or find a way to

Amending my previous review Since the last review, hims has been responsive and been excellent working with them Do recommend using them

Customer service is terribleThe entire process and communication is not smoothBeen trying to get ahold of someone to cancal my subscription and they keep charging meNot trustworthyMy subscription is now over a week late and since this is supposed to be a continuous process the entire first month of treatment is now moot

As others have said customer service is terrible once you start subscription, you can't cancel online and no response to emails when trying to cancel they say they're backlogged with emails but meanwhile your card keeps getting charged and they keep sending products

This is a horrible company they take money off your card before you have any knowledge of your order status they say you don’t need to see a doctor but take your money and tell you go see a doctor then they want return your call or email very disappointed I would have just went seen my doctor instead if they would have told me first before they took my card information

There are other online pharmacies out there and you may want to try another before you resort to Hims

This company's advertisements are extremely triggering to observe when I'm trying to get to workhims is commercializing the health sector in a way that feels extremely dangerous to me

This company engages in scammish marketing strategies They texted me out of the blue saying “Dr*** was reviewing my treatment plan”, and wanted me to click a link to go to their site When I replied asking who Dr*** was, they texted me asking for my First and Last Name Seems to me if this “Dr***” was really reviewing my treatment plan (which I never contacted), they’d know my name Please don’t solicit your products to random people

They proved my skepticism wrongI was/am impressed with their service, products, and most of all prices

I already cancelled my monthly subscription two months ago and I received confirmation letter from Hims but they are still charging me $every month for two months nowTotal rip-off

Absolutely no way to cancel subscription via the same website I used to joinThat's a pretty bad business practiceIf you can sign up online you should be able to cancel onlineI find it very shady that a company would use a tactic like thisThis is the only subscription service I have ever used that is like this and it should be illegal honestly
