Terrible company and a complete scamCompleted everything over a week ago and my bank account was charged, and my order still has not shippedMy order status on the website says “outstanding medical visit.” I have sent multiple emails and messages on Facebook with absolute no responseI am thinking my only option is to call my credit card company and have the charge removed and block them from any future charges If they don’t refund my order soon I am going to do that and make a official Revdex.com claim Sad company!!

Despite the previous reviews on the Revdex.com I did my research on the company and decided to go ahead with the 5$ trial and to be brutally honest I am so glad I didI was self conscious about my hair condition and I signed up and communicated easily with their customer service to validate the prior claims in the prior reviews and the customer service was fantastic to meThey let me know I could cancel at any time and that they are always there to help, which they have been when I needed themPlus, my 5$ trial came in record time and I am already seeing an improvement after the first monthsGive them a try, and thank you HIMS

Its been almost month since I have submitted the necessary documents, and the company still has not fulfilled my order

Terrible customer service!! Left messages for three months, still nothingThey have remembered to charge me $a month, thoughI never did find a phone number either

So far this has been a horrible experience I try to check my account and I cannot even log in they keep telling me my credentials are wrong had to change my password numerous times with no luckThis has been nothing but a bad experience since day oneI would not recommend this to anybodyI'm thinking it's just a scam to steal people's money

I placed an order almost a month ago, I was approved for the order, I followed all of instructions and emails they requiredI called the their customer support twice and both times they said we will fix this problemI have emailed their Dr and their customer support with no helpI just want my order

I ordered a product, the website asked for a pictureThe websites picture uploader doesn't workThe money was taken from my bank account, but the product won't ship because the uploader does not work for the pictureNONE of my emails, or phone calls were ever answered correctlyAll I ever got was the same automated responseMy money is gone and the company won't do anything about it

Terrible service and communication with the customer! They immediately charged my credit card with and no information in terms of when I’m receiving my product! I send them emails no responseI’m a new customer and I can say very disappointed! I do want my refund back and want them to delete my credit card and personal info ASAP

Package hasn’t arrived it was supposed to arrive today and looking at everyone else’s reviews; it looks like I’m going to have issues as wellI put my subscription on hold until I tried out the kit first, but I’m a little skeptical after reading all of this

I originally submitted a request for the product they sell, and paid $for it on November 7th, They said that it would take about weeks to receive the productNothing was ever shippedI waited for a month before finally emailing them and cancelling the original order on December 20th, They issued a refundI was then given an offer that was the same as the firstI decided to give them another chance, so I ordered the same item again on January 15th, Again, I was told that I would receive the item in weeksI was charged $for the itemNothing was ever shippedI emailed them on February 8th to check where the product was going to shipThey sent an automatic email saying that me order had shipped, but nothing ever arrived and when I emailed them they said they had an error processing my order and that it would be out soonOn February 13th, they charged my card $On February 20th, they sent me USPS tracking but the item was never actually given to the USP

Signed up online, received product quickly, and when the time came for me to cancel my subscription, just a quick phone call with no hold time and chatting with a very pleasant CSR rep got the subscription canceled No problems here for me

I completed the online visit and was charged for my orderThat was Nov My account still says outstanding medical visitI emailed the Dr and was informed he was done with his partI have sent emails requesting a follow up or a status update with no responseCustomer service and follow up are extremely poor at this point

Charged me Never shipped item Support is trash

Package never received notified the company over a week ago and no response as of yet Also no way to cancel account Shady company

Something is shady or not quite rightI have only received one of my paid for ordersBoth orders I have had to contact customer service aboutI did receive one but the other nothing has been doneThey provide real tracking numbers but they never arriveThese packages fit in my mail box so I know they aren't stolenThe orders are automatic renewal each month so have to be on top of it or I am sure I would have paid for several more orders that never arrive

Worst Company Every....Took my money before the so called Drfinished my evaluation, tried multiple time to contact company but no phone number to call and never return my emails....this so called company should be closed and the *** should give them a failure rating

Positive experience, products work well and delivered on time!

I filled out my order form along with my personal doctor survey and my billing informationI received a confirmation email that my request would be reviewed within hoursMy credit card was billed for the “doctors visit”
It has been weeks and complete radio silence for the companyI have sent there support team several emails asking for updates and nothingI log on to my account and no new informationI am currently trying to dispute the charge through my credit card company
Hims is an extremely shady companyThey will take your money and go completely silentDisgusting

I haven't had any issues with the companyYes, the time it takes for the company to respond takes a while...they are a new companyI have had nothing but good things to say about them since I joinedI would give this a star rating, but my only issue is the response time when it comes to doctor responsesCustomer service has been a delight, with even delaying my subscription for a month when needed
Cannot stress this enough, this company will go placesIt needs a good customer base that has the patience and understanding of a new company
