I was going to order four books from this company and asked them for a combined shipping rate. They lied to me. They said the rate was set before the order even reached them and there was nothing they could do. Nonsense. Of course they could combine the rate. Now that I see the other reviews, I'm glad I didn't buy from them.

I ordered a book on December 23rd and as of today, the book has not arrived. I sent repeated emails to find out the status of my book and no one ever responded. Do not use this vendor at all!! Very bad customer service. I would never use this vendor again and have told all my family and friends to stay away from them as well.
